"When I tell you the ENTIRE STAFF was TOP TIER!! From the front desk, to security, to house keeping, to the entire atmosphere Y'ALL DID THAT!!💪 Not being racist at all ,Im calling it the way I saw it. I was so IMPRESSED WITH MY CULTURE! My people have the hotel ON POINT, with kindness, smiles, courtesy, safety, giving directions and just being absolute nice people! I will forever give this hotel HIGH REGARD and will definitely be back! Not to mention the location, whatever you need is literally minutes away. Again I can not give the hotel enough praise, Y'ALL KEEP ALL OF THIS MAGIC GOING! Thank you so much for all that was and is offered here, TOP TIER!!!"

"No free parking at hotel, only choice of valet for $50 or monitoring your own street parking using a parking app. One elevator was broken during our stay; this place was NOT a 4 star hotel experience. The only 2 redeeming qualities was the staff was friendly and the museum had cool art."

"Overall, a great value for the price. I would absolutely stay there again. Perfectly located. Easy to find. Incredible staff. The breakfast ladies are the best. I'm not a morning person & I left smiling every morning. Good food. Evening appetizers were easily a meal. We enjoyed visiting with other guests on the observation deck. Our king room with a view was great. Never ran out of hot water. The street noise is kind of loud but the hotel is downtown, so to be expected. We were so tired each night that it never kept us awake. "
