Room was clean. Went to grab coffee cup from room. And the last renter must of smoked in room and put the butts in cup and it wasn’t noticed by housekeeper. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Ended up going out for breakfast. Cable was very limited like only 10 channels? So wasn’t anything to watch but sports. Unfortunately the hotel next to us had a car alarm go off multiple times during night so needless to say did not get much sleep. There were boxes of toilets and flooring in lobby ( due to remodeling). There was ripped out furniture in the hallways. Would have been a safety hazard if had small children with. Guess I knew why price was so low. Not really impressed. Oh and the heating unit was also very loud and either blew warm air or cold. Made it hard to sleep

Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was quiet even when the motel became filled. Hallway carpeting badly needs replacing. In our room the window screen was ripped apart which was very unsightly. Furnature in room was quite worn but satisfactory. Morning coffee downstairs was good.

We picked this location because it was close to where we were working. And it had included breakfast. Very disappointing breakfast two choices of sugary cereal and some prepackaged sugar loaded snack type thing. No hard boiled eggs no yogurt nothing sustainable for a long workday.

All good except for something called Continental Breakfast. Your only choices were Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran, Apple Juice, Coffee, mini " Honey Buns ", and some orange colored drink but it was not Orange Juice. No eggs scrambled or otherwise, no waffles, no muffins, no yogart, no hot cereal, no bread for toast even though there was a toaster. I usually base motel choice on several criteria. one of those being whether or not a minimum of continental breakfast is available. In this case, the " breakfast " left a lot to be desired. Had to go and find more breakfast elsewhere

The AC unit was the loudest I have ever heard. When off, you could hear the ones in other rooms. That's also because the walls are thin. This entire property is dirty and rundown. The carpets are heavily worn and stained, furniture is past its prime. Better choices nearby.

Needs updating and deep clean

This place needs a deep clean. The service at the counter was mediocre. The room was a little smelly, kind of dog smell. The floors seemed sticky and dirty. The furniture was a bit beat up. The bed was comfortable though. The breakfast had very limited options but we weren't expecting a buffet.

The frig was very noisy. The air conditioner was noisy. The TV needed the desk person to make it work after turning it on. The TV clicker was not able to adjust anything after turning on. A screen appeared that could not be changed to watch normal channels without calling the desk clerk.

Room was fine to sleep in, but there were some issues that should be addressed to make other’s stays more comfortable. The stairwells in the building are filthy and they stink. Our room had the smoke detector battery removed by someone previously and we did report it, but nothing was done. The screen on the window was peeled back. The carpet was dirty. The drain in the shower was very slow to drain. The staff didn’t seem that interested in their guests, and there is false advertising with this property; there are snacks but no actual breakfast; no coffee which is the bare minimum. Disappointing.

This is a typical Mid eastern owned property Every effort on the part of the owners to squeeze out an extra dime is obvious. The free breakfast consisted of a choice of 2 dry cereals and a container of un-refrigerated milk . I have [pictures of the breakfast bar if you wish to see them.. In short this place is a joke The room reeked with the smell of mid eastern spices. U get what U pay for I guess , The entire rear of the parking lot is a cess pool with standing water ( the only place I could park my U haul) Please add a notation of mid eastern owned to your listings.. This is just a difference of culture.. The US is built on a culture of adding freebies , the Mid Easterners culture dictates Get all you possibly can out of every "guest". It is just their business plan , I would bet the milk was powdered
