"The suite I stayed was outdated but clean. The staff were amazing just to mention few. Breakfast was excellent. Stayed there 3 nights with my 3 kids and they loved it and would love to come back next time. Just an amazing stay I would say. Koodos to all the staffs for making us feel home. "This was our second stay, I was disappointed at this last vacation and even more because my first visit was such a great experience. Our room wasn’t the one I thought I was booking, the description was misleading to understand what “kind” I was choosing. Wasn’t able to switch at time of check due to pre-registering, which I had never done but thought “how convienent”. Our bathroom had no shampoo or body soap in the tub which was a lovely surprise once a person had gone into the shower and soaked their hair only to realize "

"Room was freezing, the bathroom was a freezer. Felt like a prison, the heater turned off and on. And no directions when wanting to leave in the building. "

"Worst experience I've ever had. Bio hazard incident and then no form of understanding or willingness from hotel management to make it right. Still fighting for my refund when we vacated the room after not even being in there more than 15 minutes because we instantly started feeling itchy all over our body. Hotel management confirmed that the room looked completely unused - so, why was I charged for one night? It's obvious that they did not believe us which is crazy because what would we gain from this??? Long story short, stay at the Hyatt when you visit Windsor. Great experience and service all around."
