late arrival to Harrogate so decided to stay over and go out to one of the many amazing restaurants, the lodge is great value, clean and comfy beds, easy parking and close to the centre of town
Perfect for a single room, single night stopover. Great central location, lots of great bar, cafe and restaurant options - as well as being right across from the conventions venue. The room and bathroom were small but perfect for my needs. Immaculately clean, very quiet, with everything I needed. And the bed was blissfully comfortable! Friendly greeting by staff on arrival too. Would definitely stay here again.
What a hidden gem of a hotel. Cant wait to go back, perfect if you are working in Harrogate. Cant wait to go back.
Lovely couple who own this place, and the breakfast is fantastic
Yet again an excellent stay booked a single room but was quite large.
Love this accommodation will always stay here when possible great value for money
Excellent value; owners very accommodating. We were offered breakfast 'next door', which proved to be very good and good value. Would certainly consider The Lodge if we come to Harrogate again.
A very comfortable stay, a good sized room, nice walk-in shower, excellent bedding & towels.
A very good location in Harrogate with everything close by.
The staff member that checked me in was fantastic and very help and accommodating. Very much enjoyed my stay and will be back again next time I am in Harrogate
fantastic stay and my new go to in Harrogate, great rooms. beds - staff are wonderful , the delights of this great town all in walking distance. nice restaurants and bars close by.
wonderful
Quick minute walk from the bus/train station. In city central. Very small room. It was great. En suite, all I needed. Really great water pressure in the shower. There was a kettle, tv, extra blanket and a coat rack. Perfect for me. Simple, efficient and clean. The owner Kim helped me bring my baggage up. Another employee helped me bring my baggage down the 3 flights of steps. It was a nice experience. Only off thing was the nice employee I heard speak to a man whom I can only assume was his other boss. He pointed to my cane and mentioned I was walking to the train station a few minutes walk away. Or 2 minute drive. The guy brushed him off and drove in that same direction! I didn't ask for a ride. The employee just saw a guest who could use some help carrying a cane. I made it on my own in about 15 minutes. But shame on whomever literally drove in that direction and blew me off. I wish I never heard the conversation. That one hurt. I hope I'm wrong? Everything else was really quiet, nice and easy. I didn't expect anything extra from anyone. Seeing that exchange just made me feel awful.
