A stunning comfortable accommodation in a lovely rural setting yet so convenient for reaching so many interesting parts of the county. The hosts who are close by are welcoming and helpful without being intrusive . The local pub,The Queen’s Head, is but a short walk away where varied quality meals including breakfast are served daily, The apartment is cosy and well equipped and has the additional benefit of a log burner if needed.

A real gem
Harrogate will always hold a special place in our hearts. As soon as we arrived at Green Acres we were warmly welcomed by our host Juliette. Our accommodation was superb, incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The area is stunning and after the hustle and bustle of London it was great to unwind in such a charming area. We absolutely loved The Queens Head Inn which was a 3 minute walk away. Would highly recommend Green Acres to anyone.

Fantastic apartment and brilliant hosts
The apartment is excellently furnished and has everything you need. More importantly, the hosts are fab. We got snowed in and they helped us so much to ensure we got away safely. We will definitely go back. So much and do in the surrounding area.

Gorgeous Place!
What a find! Comfortable, cosy accommodation..lovely thoughtful touches…just perfect. We stayed 3 nights, treated ourselves to dinner at the Queens Head and 2 fantastic breakfasts. The Nelson Inn was also brilliant. Friendly atmosphere in both with great food. The weather was very kind, so we made the most of that, visiting the Dales etc. Thank you once again..we had a lovely break.

Cosy retreat
Lovely stay. Cosy, clean and well appointed cottage. Nice touches throughout made it a home from home. Nice pub in the village and spa treatments on the doorstep. What’s not to like?

everything we wanted for a few days away
The whole cottage was more than expected, just what my sister and I wanted for a couple of nights away. So clean, so comfortable and views exceptional. The kitchen had all we you wanted, even given some gin glasses as Juliet said we may need them, think she heard us mention we had a bottle with us to celebrate my birthday. There was biscuits and milk in fridge for when we first arrived as well as tea, coffee and sugar. I loved how Juliet and Christine had left us a bottle of prosecco along with a birthday card, to me that was a fab extra treat. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was everthing you needed as with the sitting and dining room. Cant wait to return. Very friendly people and we didnt need for anything and nothing was a bother if we wanted anything which we didnt as it was all there. The outside was lovely to sit out with our drinks. Loved it but only thing was we only stayed 2 night, we could have stayed for a lot longer.

The property was perfect. Very up to date with all the comforts and modern but also had character. In a perfect quiet location but within easy reach of Yorkshire Dales, Harrogate, Skipton etc Loved it.

Great place to stay in a lovely rural setting

Fabulously appointed apartment for 2 in a beautiful quiet village. Hosts are super friendly. Self check is very easy. Would recommend the local pub called the Queens Head only 2 minutes walk away Would also recommend the Nelson pub about 5 minute drive away. Would recommend a walk around Fewston and Swinsty Reservoirs a short drive away. My wife had a massage with Juliet which she thoroughly enjoyed. Really enjoyed our short stay. Paul and Julie

Loved our brief stay - the apartment is spotless and modern with quality furnishings. Host was wonderful and the massage/beauty services next door are an added bonus for relaxing peacefully in the North Yorkshire countryside! Would highly recommend for peace and quiet and would definitely re-visit.

. We chose the accommodation so we could go to a show, the accommodation was lovely. Great to meet the owner the evening before we left . Lovely fields all round with sheep.and a great pub that did great food 3 mins away. I missed my own pillows and a couch !!!

weekend away
Very cosy, clean and comfy annexe, everyting you could nedd had been thought of, if your after a quiet weekend retreat, this is the place. Host was just next door but unless you needed her she left you to it, great communication and even offeredto light the log fire for our arrival. We would definatley stay again if around the area.

So lovely
A really lovely property in a lovely little village. Surrounded by fields with baa-ing sheep which I love the sound of. Walking distance to the Pub for a great meal. Great location for exploring beautiful Yorkshire.

Fab place to stay!
Hosts were amazing and really accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The extra massage package was a great added bonus and very much worth it. The property itself was perfect for a couple to stay in, really clean and great amount of home comforts and kitchen essentials. The area is also lovely, we enjoyed watching the lambs every morning, and felt very peaceful but conveniently close to supermarkets if needed. (10 mins away)

Ideal for a short break and great location
We stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 nights so we could visit nearby RHS Harlow Carr. The accommodation is ideal for 2 and very comfortable and quiet. No need to travel far for an evening meal as the local Queens Head serves delicious pub meals - recommend the Homemade Steak Pie! Chistine and Juliet were lovely hosts and were keen to check everything was OK - even showing us around the little cottage next door that sleeps 4 and was also fantastic. Definitely recommend - hosts that care!!

Exceptional apartment surrounded by beautiful countryside
Everything about our recent stay here was perfect, though not just perfect … it was blissful. The apartment itself is well-equipped, cosy and warm, the decor is lovely and the views are fabulous. Juliet and family were delightful. So helpful, kind, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. As hosts they go above and beyond. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the Yorkshire Dales just a short stroll from a lovely traditional dales inn, with towns such as Harrogate conveniently nearby then I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation more highly.

Fantastic
We had a fantastic weekend over the New Year in Cherry Blossom cottage. Such a beautiful holiday home in a stunning location. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. We would not hesitate on returning if we have the chance.

Ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside watching the new born lambs , but remaining centrally located to lots of places to visit- good pub with friendly welcome and good food only a 3 minute walk away,highly recommended.
