"Room and building interior was clean and I have no complaints. Nothing fancy in the room, but everything worked as it was supposed to. Breakfast was below average. However, I was just traveling through, the price was very good and overall, it was a good value. "

"I was very disappointed with my experience at this Comfort Inn. I try to stay positive, especially when traveling with my six-year-old son, but unfortunately there were several issues that made this stay far below expectations. Communication with the front desk was extremely difficult. The same staff member appeared to be working most of the shifts, and it was very hard to communicate basic questions or concerns. One of the amenities we were looking forward to was the hot tub that is advertised with the pool area. However, when we went to use the pool, we noticed the hot tub was completely covered with a platform built over it and clearly not operational. The pool itself also appeared very dirty, and after spending time in that area my son and I both started feeling sick. Another disappointing moment happened with breakfast. After driving nearly 10 hours the day before, my son and I slept in a bit. We came downstairs at 9:33 AM—just three minutes after breakfast ended at 9:30—and were told we could not have anything at all, not even cereal. While I understand policies, a little flexibility or kindness toward a tired parent and child would have gone a long way. Throughout the stay I did my best to keep the experience positive for my son. He noticed some of the issues around the hotel, and I didn’t want him to have a negative travel experience, so we spent most of our time away from the hotel. I travel to visit my kids and often just need a place to stay for a few nights "

"We did not use the pool or business services so I can't talk about those. At our entrance the outside trash can was full and bags on the ground. Inside the door were more bags of trash. Like every mid range hotel, the elevator and hallways stunk of marijuana. The website said there was breakfast for purchase and there was a big sign in the elvator talking about being able to get pastries and sandwiches at 'the commons" a restaurant area by the entrance. Well, they offer nothing but coffee so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The heater was wacky and wax either freezing or too hot. It was jard to regulate. Beds were comfy and room was clean, but we probably won't stay here again. "

"The first thing you will notice when you pull up to this place is all the junk cars in the parking lot. It is more than a few. It is a lot. Then when you enter the premises the next thing you will notice is the overwhelming scent of marijuana. The building is rundown inside. I did not see a wall that didn’t need cleaned or painted or both. The room was the same. It was clean but run down. There was some sort of brown stain on the bathroom sink that made it look dirty even if it wasn’t. This is a dive plain and simple. Don’t bring your family here while on vacation. They will not like it."

"Place was a joke. I spent alot of money to inhaling smoke. Not smelling, inhaling. Cigarettes where being smoked and it was comming. Can hear neighbors conversations and tv. Never going here again!"
