The stay was fine, nice pool and restaurant. The air conditioner in the room had exposed wires and was so loud it was hard to sleep. The main elevator seemed to miss the floors and had to adjust before opening the doors.

The hotel was dirty. Ants, broken sinks, bathroom lift went out all day. Lights in the room didn’t work. The pool must not have been treated because there was an awful rancid smell. My kids didn’t even want to swim in it. Over all it looks like poor management and maintenance.

Unfortunately the building had an issue and there wasn’t hot water. The staff never came and informed us about this, when we went to the front desk they only mentioned that “ Oh, yeah we know there’s not hot water in half of the property but, you know no one it’s available to come and fix that now” the stay at this place was miserable!

There are 2 major things that make this place a 2 out of 5. 1 the refrigerator in the room only stays cool for 2 hours. We bought ice cream and it all melted. Horrible!!!! 2nd and this is huge. THe pool is on the side of the rooms. There is a sliding door that separates you from the pool. So you hear all the screaming and yelling from the pool until 10.

Check in was easy, the rooms are nice, no microwave though to heat up leftovers from dinners out. It was nice and close to many shopping choices, walmart, target, kohls and much more. So if you needed anything you just had to go across the street. What i didnt like was the price was more then what i was sent in my confirmation email. They couldnt put us in a joining rooms, there was a dead mouse found in the pool sitting area by my kids. No breakfast, they had some food but it would be added to you bill and i felt we were paying more then what we recieved. They had a restaurant also but the prices were ridiculously high. I dont understand if im paying this much for a room where we basically just slept and then have to pay more for breakfast. The service desk people were very nice though. Would i stay here again, maybe but probably not.

This property was not what I was expecting. The room did not have enough light. There was no light in the entrance by the closets. The bathroom light was not very bright. The tile floor in the elevator was broken. There is nothing special about this hotel, I my opinion.

Area around the top of the window was disgusting! The light in the entry way did not work. This means that you have to fumble around for a switch on a bed side light when you come in after dark since that is the only light in the room with wall switch. Shower was moldy in various places. The shower valve is on the opposite end from the door so you can't turn the shower on without getting hit with ice cold water. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The vertical grab bar is at a TERRIBLE height for tall people. I smashed my elbow into the sharp edge of the steel grab bar. I could barely move my arm the rest of the day. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Some of the best I have had at a any hotel.

The staff at check seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Our room was clean but all public areas were dirty. Had breakfast which was typical bad buffet food and the room was dirty from the night before. Crushed food on the floors all over the hotel. Gross. Would not stay here again. I will say the bartender and the breakfast staff were kind.

Hotel is really nice but...
Hotel is really beautiful especially the indoor pool area and lounge. But bathroom is just rather small compared to other hotels. Shower pressure wasn't strong and water didn't drain properly in the shower on our 3rd day. Also, breakfast for $15 was definitely not worth it. It should've been included in the hotel rate. After trying it one morning, I would rather go out and buy breakfast.

Double tree that should be a single tree.
Young gentleman named Jason was great. The rest was average at best. When booking the room is says shower/tub yet only a shower with a very dirty floor. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that is what it is. We were woke up at 9am to housekeeping but check out isn’t till 11. For the price and being a double tree I expect better. Next trip we will stay across the street at the Hyatt for the same dollar amount.

The stay was nice, but the room service didn’t come that much. The pool was nice but a little cold didn’t stay in pool that long. Maybe if the fireplace was on, the pool could be a little warmer. Other than that everything was real nice.

Bed was very comfortable but the two chairs in the room were not comfortable at all. Leaves you sitting or lying on the bed most of the time you are in the room. Adding a nice comfortable chair or couch would make the stay so much better.

Close to the highway. Overall a very nice place. Down pillows and comforter were nice. Decor was also well done. Downside is very dim lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom, with no moderate to strong lighting options anywhere in the room. The bathroom was actually pretty gross regarding cleanliness. Hair was left on the counter, some odd fungus was growing all around the hook on the back of the door. The most egregious was the amount of mold on the grout of the shower walls, the base of the shower and all over any surface of the glass shower door where glass met chrome hardware.

Check in and check out were a breeze. The room and hotel were both very nice, although our room was on the first floor immediately next to the pool, which was very loud and we had no natural light, just a view of the pool. Hotel bar and restaurant were an added bonus that we enjoyed.

Front desk staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean. Pool wasn’t used. The treadmill was broken but nice to have the exercise room. Restaurant was good. Only suggestion would be extra coffee be prepared for the morning and add some flavored creamer.
