"Great house and host! Home is spacious, all the amenities you need, outside deck was nice for evenings with outdoor seating and table for dining. Beds are comfortable. Garage access was a nice perk given it rained one evening. Game room was great for the kids providing extra space for them to play with games and some toys provided. Will def stay here again!"

"Laurie has been great as a host. Shes been very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is the perfect size for a short term, or even a month to month rental. Private entrance and lots of windows made the space feel private and open. Two of us stayed for 3 months and had plenty of room. Great location; close to Kennesaw, Marietta, Woodstock, and East Cobb. We didnt get a chance to use the hottub and pool, but they looked well maintained! I would stay again and would recommend for a short term or month to month stay."

"The room was in a good neighborhood and conveniently located for many Marietta activities. Amenity-wise it was somewhat limited, but is perfect for a quick stay in lieu of more expensive hotel rooms. The owners are wonderful people and kept exceptional communication throughout the rental period. "

"A few logistic hiccups, but the host/management handled everything very promptly and professionally. The property was immaculate, modern with all basics (towels, kitchenware, coffee, extra pillows) supplied in addition to use of a new washer/dryer. The location is perfect if looking to be proximate to downtown Woodstock - a 5 minute stroll and we were in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others."

"I booked this home because for the amenities two kitchens, washer and dryer, two grills, fenced in backyard for my fur baby, pool table, large family room! BUT there were terrible plumbing issues that didn’t get resolved. I could not take a shower and wash clothes at the same time without the septic overflowing In the basement. I reached out with videos and no one responded. Anytime I ran water for more then 5 mins the water pipes would shake and water would back up from the basement toilet, upstairs kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom toilets. And it smelled like sewage although the home. "
