We stayed here for a night as we travelled through the Midwest. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located to restaurants and stores. Great one night stay!
We stayed at Eric’s property while biking the Tunnel Hill Trail. The house was convenient to the trail and met our needs for the night. We appreciated being able to pack light on toiletries and being able to wash our riding clothes. Easy communication with host.
The picture of the rooms does not show the size of them.. kitchen dining has room to have a set down meal for 15 people. The living room has space for all to visit. Bedrooms are very roomy. We look forward to our next visit
Very nice clean home. Tons of room. Easy parking in back, easy check in. Seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. Easy excess out of town if you are heading to the Garden of the Gods.
We stayed here as my son was checking in for college. Great place and good location. Only issue we had was the house across the street was having a new roof put on their shed and the workers started hammering around 6:00am. But other than that the property manager was very accommodating for us and it was a pleasant place to stay. Every time I’m in Harrisburg, I will be staying here.
We enjoyed our stay here at this house that was situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and spacious, and had ample parking. We did not use the kitchen much, but it seemed well stocked with dishes and small appliances. The couches in the TV room were very comfy and clean. The hall bathroom was very charming, although I would have liked it to have had the shower head rather than just bathtub. We were there during a very cold, winter storm, but the heater functioned well, and kept us very warm. Excellent communication from the owner. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.
it was very nice in quite neighborhood a whole lot better than staying in a motel of course we only stayed in at night out checking out the Shawnee during the day.
Lovely place to see Shawnee National Forest Highlights
We stayed here to see the house my mother-in-law grew up in, and all of my husband's childhood haunts. It was fun to share with our kids and take them to Garden of the Gods, Pounds Hollow, the Illinois Iron Furnace and a few other great hiking and touristy sites! Thank you Eric M.!
House was clean! It was well stocked with the essentials and the property manager was prompt and courteous with my inquiries. I would highly recommend this place over any local hotels. If you need more than 1 bedroom, you will save money and have a kitchen as well.
