Stayed here for a concert at Hershey Park. Hotel is 15 minutes from Hershey and we had no problem getting Ubers to or from the stadium. Hotel is newly renovated and very clean!

At check in staff gave us key cards to a room already occupied. Pool was closed & disgusting. Staff lounges around in lobby. Smells of cigarette and marijuana everywhere.

New facility which is nice, but had to ask an employee to change an overflowing garbage in the dining area (as he played on his phone at the front desk) and room service was clearly in our room (replaced trash bags), but didn’t make the beds..weird.

I actually booked this hotel due them having an indoor pool, and the location near HersheyPark. The staff was helpful, the accommodations wasn’t on the better side. It’s a small family ran hotel. They did have a breakfast in which the family enjoyed.

The rooms were good, but the pool was not working and broken equipment was stored in there. Trash both inside and outside was not emptied for at least 2 days. Not what I was expecting out of a Comfort Inn Choice Hotel.
