"Third time! We love it. "

"Incredibly small room for a significantly high price (especially compared to other rooms within the hotel and nearby hotels at barely higher or sometimes lower prices). No storage space at all, had to move beds aside in order to live out of suitcases. No amenities like kettle, aircon, etc. Mattresses slid partly off beds most nights, causing uncomfortable overhangs or gaps. Air was incredibly dry - i woke up every few hours with a dried throat. Cheap and tacky bedsheets/duvets, and pathetic pillows. Housekeeping never visited, despite being advised they would come at least 3 times through the duration. Probably the worst nights' sleeps I've ever experienced in a hotel."

"The staff were excellent, we arrived early and our room was ready for us to go to right away . Our room was basic with not enough storage space to be honest . The evening meal was a nice bonus but limited, the breakfast also . The food was lovely though . Lund Place is a little out of the way but there are frequent and reliable buses ( no.3) that drop you off at the bottom of the street . The bus fare is so cheap compared to the UK . We would definitely stay here again though. The staff speak impeccable English ."

"First of all - the entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and comfortable to be around. This hotel is in a very old historical building. I was probably in their smallest room - But it was comfortable and efficient for me as a male solo traveler. My bathroom was quite small - if my wife were traveling with me I would have gotten a bigger room with a larger bathroom. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning, including easy, do-it-yourself, waffle irons - kinda fun! They yogurt, fruit, cereal, and other things as well, plus coffee and tea. Well situated, walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, along with small and large grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby. It’s also walking distance from the train station - which was convenient for me, arriving and leaving by train - and gives you easy, quick train access for day trips to Copenhagen. The lobby includes a nice library sitting space that is always stocked with coffee, tea, and cookies. And it has a restaurant, sublet to others that seemed to have a nice menu - though I chose to try different restaurants near the hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel."

"So.... If it hadn't been due the dude trying to enter my room this would be 10/10. I really hope the Concordia management reads this because it's a great hotel with nice staff and a great location at a great price. But c'mon. One of the staff tried to enter my room when I was in there. (No knock, just tried to come in with a master key.) With some story about changing the chairs? One of the reasons people book hotel rooms is to have some privacy when they are traveling and this place didn't have that feeling of privacy. SO. Maybe cover up before coming out of the shower in your room? 😂"

"Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Suitably warm for winter (cold outside). Excellent breakfast. However fridge in room did not work. I know room ridges are not all that common in Europe, but almost standard in similar hotels in Europe and always in Japan. Entrance to hotel is very difficult with luggage, but I realize because of location in "old town" difficult to do anything about. "

"Lovely clean room but missing a kettle or even a bottle of water, a bit of a miss when there appeared to be no one working behind the bar when I returned from eating out as there is no evening food service at the Lundia. There used to be coffee machines in the corridors but these have gone as well. Maybe vending machines would be a good idea?"
