"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあ ると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"

"家族7人で滞在させて頂きました。駅からも近く、後から来る人、先に帰る人にも良い条件で自由に別荘気分を味わえました。
びわ湖で、マリンスポーツもはじめて挑戦でき、はじめて乗るビスケットに大興奮。良い経験が、できました。
また、BBQ中の急な雷雨にもテントを出して頂いたりと、スタッフの方の素早い対応助かりました。
ベッドが、ソファーベッドと押し入れベッドだったので、寝る準備を始めると埃が出るのが難点。また、シャワー室、トイレにはクーラーがなく、夏場だったのもあって、湿気が…扇風機でもあれば嬉しかったです。
まぁ〜そんなマイナス面を打ち消すくらい、びわ湖の景色は最高です。また、利用したいと思いました。"

"全体的に良かった。特にキッチン周りの充実(ホームベーカリーやバリスタ、冷蔵庫のデカさ、食器の清潔さ、などなど)や本格的なバレルサウナ、家具などは満足。
一方、チェックイン16時からなので、1泊2日の場合初日は十分にサウナを満喫できず、15時だと嬉しいところ。チェックアウトが11時なので翌日に楽しめたが、できれば時間を気にせず初日に楽しみたい。"
