Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The entire holy town of Rishikesh needs an overhauling and transformation like Varanasi has witnessed lately.
The same is applicable to this hotel property too!
A constant upgradation is a must in order to survive this competitive industry.
The reason why Thailand is being preferred over Goa or Kerala by Indian tourists is not monetary only but also has to do with the service quality and facilities.
