DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The self check-in did not work and when we called the phone number provided the woman that answered did not want to talk to us and insisted on texting instead. When we were finally got checked in, 45 (frustrating) minutes later and inspected our room, it was very disappointing! It was not at all what it looked like online. Very unkept, furniture was dirty and brokedown, floors and walls were dirty. We asked for a suite so that it would provide a kitchen which turned out to be an unattached laundry cabinet with a sink and a barely usable microwave on top of a tiny refrigerator. We did not feel secure as we had three different doors entering into what they called a suite with two random rooms we don't even know what they were supposed to be used for so obviously we had a very restless night! The only positive thing I can say is that they did provide an included bagged breakfast in the morning.

The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the pool area and the tiles around the pool were dirty and needed better maintenance. Unfortunately, our stay was also affected by the noise from the housekeeping staff. Starting at 7:00 AM, they were talking loudly in the hallway, right outside the window where my daughter was sleeping. The noise made it very difficult for us to rest. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and the friendly front desk service were positive, but the pool cleanliness and the excessive noise early in the morning negatively affected our stay.

It was really close and convenient to everything. My only issue was the noise volume. It felt like everyone was slamming doors, music was loud the entire stay. Due to me and my family not staying long I didn’t matter much and we were in and out our room also.
