This condo is in an excellent location right in the heart of downtown Harbor Springs; it is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, and a nicely decorated living room space that is perfectly comfortable for two adults. There is a king size bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk in shower.

This condo is within a block of the best dining in the area and a short walk to the marina and beach area. You can enjoy this property at any time of the year; the major ski resorts are only a short drive away, while some of the best award winning wineries are nearby. Book a trip in the fall for the tunnel of trees fall color tour, or Little Traverse Bay is just down the block for some fun in the sun during the summer! You couldn't ask for a better spot for a weekend up North; come enjoy this area and everything Pure Michigan has to offer!

Overnight Winter Parking
Parking is tricky here in the winter time. The available lots are close by, but the instructions are confusing. You need to stay on one side of the lot for overnight parking so that they can plow if it snows. They alternate which side to use, every night, based upon the date (even or odd). Problem is, what date is used? ( ie parking before midnight or after midnight). Which date is used is not clear and I’ve gotten tickets from Harbor Springs finest using either approach. I called the township office and they sound confused as well. The ticket is only $10 if you pay cash the next day, so bring extra cash.

Apartment was well located for walking to shops/restaurants. Area has stunning views. Flower displays everywhere. Only negative is having to park off site.

Harbor Springs rental apartment
Loved the location. Loved the apartment! Very cute and clean. Only exceptions were the pillow cases were dirty. I just re-washed them since there is a handy washer/dryer in the apartment. I killed 8 spiders while I was there. But otherwise, loved it and would definitely rent it again!
