"The front desk has a RACHEL who is so rude. Failed to arrange the rooms correctly and then got me to pay there but lied and said it was online. Charged me for a room that I wasn't even in. Lied and said she gave me my deposit back for room 620. A HANDICAP ROOM. SHE STILL HASNT GIVEN ME MONEY BACK. FORCED ME OUT OF A ROOM AND RUDELY DID SO. AARON BOWER AND HIS STAYING UNTIL 1:00 CAME UP ON HER AGENDA COINCIDENTALLY. SHE WAS RUDE AND SHE DOESNT REALIZE SHES A FAMILIAR FACE. SO PLEASE FIND BETTER HELP BECAUSE SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. CALLED THE POLICE FOR NO REASON BC I WAS TRYING TO GET THEM TO CHANGE MY ROOM. SHE LIED AND STILL HAS ME BOOKED. SHE STILL HASNT GIVEN ME MY DEPOSIT BACK. IT DOESNT GO THROUGH EXPEDIA. I USED A DIFFERENT CARD THERE THATS WHY THEY HAD TO BOOK IT THERE AND I GOT ONE DEPOSIT BACK FROM LAST NIGHT AND SHE SAID SHE WAS GIVING IT BACK AND HAS LIED TWICE. SHE DIDNT PUT MY HONORS MEMBER NUMBER IN LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO. SO ILL CALL CORPORATE AND THE OWNER OWNERS LIKE HILTON, I WORKED WITH THE SISTER OF THE ONE WHO DOES THEIR HAIR. FYI. GOOD LUCK. MAKE SURE YOU GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK AND MADISON DOESN'T EVEN EXIST DOES SHE? LOL. "

"Everything was great the rooms were cutely decorated. BUT the street noise and TRAIN sounded like it was heading inside. Bells, train HORN BLASTS were so loud and kept me from sleeping. Unless you can sleep through anything it’s not an ideal location. "

"The OMG! Check out this place! title on this house is prefect!Tim is a great host he truly wants you to enjoy your stay at his home. This house is very well stocked with everything you need when you walk in the door, it is close to some great Restaurants, beaches and stores. The back yard/pool area is the best it's like an upscale resort! We will definitely stay at Tim's home again. If you're go to the Melbourne area don't overlook is house. Thanks for everything Tim!!!"
