"I recently stayed at this wonderful property in Harare, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the property was beautifully maintained, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Harare has many accommodation options, but places with great service and comfort really stand out.  The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. The environment felt peaceful and secure, and the facilities were excellent. A special shout-out to Vimbai, who was an incredible guest coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly during my stay. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring guests feel welcome and well taken care of. If you’re visiting Harare and want a place that combines comfort, great hospitality, and attentive service, I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again to the entire team—and especially Vimbai—for making my trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be back"

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to unresolved issues that significantly affected our comfort.The listing advertises amenities such as air conditioning; however, this was not available in the cottage we were placed in. The host has two properties (a main house and a separate cottage), but the listing generalises amenities across both, which creates a misleading impression, as the cottage does not include some of the items advertised.Upon arrival, we also discovered that the washing machine was not operational, despite it being listed as an available amenity and having been confirmed by the host beforehand. This caused inconvenience for the duration of our stay.Additionally, during rainfall, water leaked through the door and pooled on the kitchen bench and flowed all the way into the lounge carpet, creating both a mess and a potential safety concern. This was particularly frustrating as it affected the living space and required constant attention.On check-in, there were also visible old spider webs around parts of the cottage, which gave the impression that the unit had not been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival.lack of basic consumables. For example, we were told that only two rolls of toilet paper are “usually” provided and that the host would need to go and buy more if required. This was inconvenient and felt unreasonable for a stay of this length, as such essentials are generally expected to be adequately stocked before hosting again"

"Very welcoming check-in. We were allowed to check-in very early which was great. Lovely room, friendly staff, quiet location, beautiful public areas, delicious food. The honesty bar and pretty garden are a real bonus. Highly recommended."
