"The hotel was conveniently located next to Sawaraku General Hospital. The coin laundry was well-equipped. It was nice that the convenience store was open until late at night."

"This hotel offers clean room with great views. However, the towels are too old and not white. The breakfast we had at 6am were cold and waiting to be warmed up. Other than that, it is a good hotel to stay with great price."

"Hotel's generally all right and one of my favorites whenever I visit. But more can be done for the bathrooms. Second time here and i realized it needs improvements. The room smelled musty, and there was a huge black patch on the ceiling of the toilet with what i assume, is mould. Walls of the toilet weren't exactly clean as well. While it's a non window room and theres no other form of ventilation other than the bathroom vent, i think more effort could be spared to maintaining the bathrooms....

"If you like a hotel with character this is the place for you. Reception staff were great, there is a pool where you can chill. Wifi was good and if you don't want to leave the grounds, nice reception rooms to read. Will be back.. "

"Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel room was clean. Breakfast was acceptable. Swimming pool was small ( recommend to be refurbished). Location was good (only if you have your own transportation). Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Love this hotel - friendly staff reflect Kuching itself. Amazing room service, access to shopping mall in hotel, great views, amazing breakfast buffet, I want to go back ! Only small complaint might be that the elevators are slow and get busy with shopping mall users, wedding and conference guests, etc - but don't let this small matter deter you from staying here !"
