"Our family of 3, me, my wife and our three year old son loved our stay here. We got a very warm welcome from the owners, misses Wiese drove us around the beautiful premises in a golf car, accompanied by their sweet dog Argos. The holiday house is 100 years old, authentic and has all you need. Our son loved to climb and play on some recent fallen trees, every day it was on the to do list. "Das Häuschen liegt in einer schönenkleinen Ortschaft mit 350 Einwohnern. Das Haus ist aus den 50er Jahren und entsprechend einfach gebaut. Es hat einen schönen Garten, Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden. Die Lage erlaubt Besuche in der Lüneburger Heide, der Südheide und dem Elbe-Wendland. Zwei der 6 noch aktiven Klöster liegen im 10km Umfeld, sowie mehrere sehenswerte Städte und Ortschaften."

"Location of the house is within the grounds of the owners property so is private and not overlooked by neighbours. Quiet and peaceful. The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."
