Pros: very friendly lady at the breakfast, amazing pho I still remember! Friendly stuff as well. They do laundry as well. Close to a huge shopping mall Lotte. Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city).

What a bargain. For the price I paid it was an excellent hotel. Far from crowds of an old quarters yet it still had everything I could ask for. Lot of bun cha and pho places near by with very cheap price. Was able to find a very cheap ride to the airport. After a few nights at the old quarters, this place couldn't be anymore welcomed. Very helpful English speaking staf. Even exchanged currency with great rate when I was in a pinch.

Far from Old City, towards the airport. Room and toiletries ok, but safe out ot order and no curtain or box around shower so small bathroom gets all wet during shower. Chamber maid/breakfast cook is good. Large monotonous breakfast only 7 to 9. When there was a issue between me and a typical dishonest minibus (they call it limousine) driver who spoke no English and I asked assistance with translation from the receptionist/manager of hotel. He automatically agreed with driver and I was not given any opportunity to tell him my version, not even later that evening when I arrived back at the hotel. For both the driver and the hotel manager, it seems foreign tourist exist simply to be taken advantage of. Hotel charged me 400 000 for taxi from airport, leaving I booked a taxi myself and paid 229 000. Paying cash for my laundry, when I mentioned that my chance was short, all I got was a smile, no apology, no explanation and certainly not the missing change. Without these episodes. my evaluation of this hotel would have been possitiv

初めてのハノイ、到着した初日の宿泊予約をしました。 当日までに空港からの送迎の手配ができるとメッセージをくれて、名前のカード付きかなしかで料金が変わるとのこと、名前がないとたくさんの人が到着する空港で出会えない可能性があるとのことなので名前付きで420，000ドンを予約しました。（なしだと370,000ドンとのこと） それでも空港でドライバーさんとなかなか会えませんでした。名前のカードを持っている人は空港到着のロビーにたくさんいるのに私の名前はなく、とても不安になってうろうろ30分くらい歩き回ったんですが（出口も２か所ある）、結果的にはドライバーさんは空港の建物の中ではなく外にいました。事前のホテルとのメールのやりとりはとても迅速でしたので心配していなかったですが、空港建物の中で待っているのか、外にいるのかを伝えてくれていたらと思いました。ドライバーさんは英語も通じないのでそれを伝えることも出来ませんでした。ホテルに着いてからドライバーさんも受付のスタッフに随分待ったということを言ったのに理解してもらえず気の毒でした。 ［部屋・朝食について］ サイトの写真は随分綺麗でしたが、いろいろ経年劣化しています。シャワーとトイレが近くシャワーカーテンもないのでトイレは濡れまくりです。すごく気を使いますがこのあたりは海外あるあるでしょう。お湯はちゃんと出ました。 朝食はこじんまりとした空間でしたがパンと野菜とフルーツ、ソーセージはどがありますので自分で好きなようにサンドもできました。フォーも作ってくれておいしかったです。 スタッフの対応の時の笑顔などは良かったと思います。 今回ここを予約した理由は 旧市街から離れていたのはわかっていましたが、早朝の西湖ウォーターパークへ蓮を見に行きたかったので歩いていけそうな場所でと思いこちらを予約しました。 歩いて9分とのことでしたが、もう少し距離はあると思います。行き止まりなどもあって直線で移動できないから遠回りになるからです。それでも朝、蓮を見に行って花市場で花束も購入して、ホテルに戻ってシャワー浴びなおし、朝食を食べ、それからチェックアウトという予定のスケジュールは達成できたので良かったとは思います。 お世話になりました。

Big value, small money

We booked this hotel for 2 nights but as we had an early morning flight home we actually only stayed 1. Well worth it for around 20 Euro per night ! Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast inc, Vietnamese or Euro or both if you want, all prepared by a lovely lady who looked after us well. Area was good, plenty of food and drink options away from downtown Hanoi. Excellent free wifi, bottled water. About 20 to 25 mins from airport, cost 12 USD for transfer. No hesitation staying here again, such lovely people !

My room comes with a mini-balcony and a floor-to-ceiling window, with some nice flowers and plantations immediately outside. Close to the balcony side of my room, there's a vintage style hanging ceiling light which looks really trendy. I am not sure if that's a Vietnamese design or a one of a different origin, but I liked it a lot. The room comes with good spatial order and everything seems to fit well in it. The bed was soft and comfy. Gave me some good night sleeps. Also, unlike most other hotels, their free WIFI was actually really fast and reliable. That did make my journey a lot easier as I wouldn't have mobile internet access otherwise. Every morning this hotel offers breakfast, with food choices from local Vietnamese foods to standard egg, sausage and bread western types of breakfast. I got introduced to a bowl of Pho Bo on the first morning and a bowl of Bun Bo in the other morning. They're really tasty and are served on the go in their first floor's dining segment. This hotel is well staffed and you can totally feel the hospitality there. I enjoyed my stay. I think I will come again.

주변에 편의 시설이 없는것 제외 하고는 가격이나 시설, 청결, 서비스 등등 전반적인 상태가 좋았습니다. 저렴한곳은 24시간 데스크를 운영을 안해서 새벽에 체크인 또는 체크아웃 하기가 어려울때가 있는데 24시간 운영하는것도 마음에 들었습니다
