Cet hôtel est très bien situé, le gros plus c’est qu’elle n’est pas sur une grosse rue donc les bruits extérieurs sont moins présent. Le petit-déjeuner inclus et préparé devant nous par la famille nous a vraiment plu, c’est d’ailleurs eux qui s’occupe de l’hôtel et qui donne le mérite d’un 10/10 à l’établissement. La chambre que nous avons eu par contre était au deuxième étage juste à côté des marches et malheureusement n’avait aucune insonorisation donc, jour et nuit on entendait tout en bas (la famille vit sur place donc prépare le souper, déjeuner etc à même la cuisine à air ouverte sur la cage d’escalier.) également la salle de bain est muni d’une porte de vitre coulissante à même à chambre(qui à environ 1 mètre d’espace de libre entrée le lit et la porte de la toilette) et aucune aération, donc toute la chambre prend vite l’humidité dès qu’on se douche. C’est une salle de bain comme on en voit souvent au Vietnam, avec la douche centré entre le bol de toilette et le lavabo = le tout devient mouillé partout) quand on si attend j’imagine que ça va, pour le prix et l’hospitalité de cette gentille famille cela vaux quand même une petite visite!

The condition and breakfast were good but the staff could have been more polite and more customer focused. They could have been more flexible to find possible solutions to let a shower room in the evening before we took the overnight ride to Sapa. Some other hotels could offer us a solution.

This is a wonderful hotel in the old quarter. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is great. The owners looked after us and made sure that we were comfortable. I think the owners must also live in the hotel so it has a pleasant homely feeling. Breakfast was in the shared kitchen and the food was plentiful and great. They will also make hot dishes on request (eggs, pancakes,etc). Be aware that the hotel is down an alley around a 'dog-leg' so it is not easily seen from the street. The rooms are cleaned daily. One recommendation -- if you are planning on an extended stay in Hanoi then I would recommend booking a suite -- while the normal rooms are big enough sometimes a bit of extra space is helpful. Lots of great eating spaces nearby and the staff/owner at the hotel are always helpful with booking tours for you. I booked a day trip with them and the transfer to the airport and had no problems. Will definitely stay here again

Had a really good stay here. Lots of amenities provided. The family running the hotel is super friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. Water restocked daily. Breakfast is delicious with variety. Location walkable to many of the sites. The only little thing I would've liked is a sheet for my bed. And my bed smelled funny. Other than that, everything ws great.

Very nice, friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now. First we stayed in a standard room. The room is small but comfortable and has everything you need. The second time we stayed in a bigger room (the cost is slightly more) and again this one very comfortable. Both rooms clean and good value for money. The staff are friendly and breakfast is lovely.

Comfortable family hotel in quiet street of Old Quarter. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Good price with breakfast included. Bit hard to find initially as down small side street .

물하루동안 안나와서 화장실 가려고 역까지 가고 직원 영어 한마디도 못해서 번역기로 겨우 말통했어요 심지어 프론트 에있는 사람은 전화통화하다 말안통하니 그냥 끊어버리더군요 최악의 호텔입니다 조식도 전날본 쥬스 계속 사용하고 외국인은 숙소에서 한번도 못뵜습니다 항상 로비에는 현지인들 담배피고 그냥 놀고있어요 절대 비추

더럽지만깨끗하고 쾌적하고 꿉꿉했어요ㅋㅋ 뭔 개소린가 싶겠지만 룸 클리닝상태는 좋은데 화장대 위 나무장식물에서 쉴새없이 실거미가 나오고 화장실 세면대는 꽉막혀서 배수가 안되고 해바라기에서 물이 쉴새없이 떨어지는데 화장실 환기구가 없어 방이 너무 눅눅했어요... 하지만 해바라기는 제가 깨끔발들고 오른쪽으로 막 돌리니까 물 떨어지는게 멈췄고 세면대는 아예 사용 안해서 불편한게 없었고 에어컨+천장 선풍기 조합이면 이불걷어놓고 핸드폰 하고있다보면 눅눅한건 금방 날라가는 느낌이였어요.거미는..어쩔수없었던걸롴ㅋㅋ머리말리다가도 거미보이면 응으아아아하면서 잡기 바빴어요 그리고 딱 2박했지만 룸 클리닝 개인 소지품 1도 안건들이고 완전 깨끗하게 치우셨고 타월 먼지도없고 특유의 덜마른 냄새없이 좋았어욤. 새벽뱅기타고갔는데 골목 안쪽에 있어 길찾기 무서웠구요..대신 위치는 너무 좋아서 플러스마이너스 똔똔.. 조식 최고니까 꼭 먹어주세욤 아침에 쓰어다한잔에 쌀국수ㅜㅜㅜㅜ과일이랑 다른 이것저것도 막 가져다 먹을수있었구요ㅜㅜㅜ존맛탱

Boa estadia

O quarto é bom. Fiquei no último andar e o único empecilho era coisas do hotel postas na escada (o elevador só chegava ao quinto andar). O café era bom e o a localização, usando GPS, não tem erro de encontrar. Comprei um pacote lá e uma passagem de ônibus. O preço foi mais alto do que em agências.

私が泊まった部屋は5階でテラスがありましたので、とても快適でした。夜中についてしまったのでホテルの場所特定は少々時間はかかったものの、それが返って静かで過ごしやすい点にもなりました。家族経営なのでアットホームな感じでしたし、朝食がとても美味しかったです。ローケーションは抜群です。最初に見つけさえすればとても楽です。

Comfy bed and amazing breakfast

I recently stayed here for 3 nights - the family who own the hotel are so lovely. The hotel itself is down a quiet but safe alleyway, within walking distance of everything in the Old Quarter but far enough away from the busy streets to get a peaceful night’s sleep. Although the room I stayed in (the cheapest) was super small, it was fine for me being on my own. If you’re booking for two people, I’d go for one of the larger rooms. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in and so large too. The room has both air con and fan to help keep the room cool in the hot Singapore weather. The bathroom was very small and smelt a little of drains. I think this is sometimes unavoidable in Hanoi. Because of the size of the room, there’s no separate shower cubicle so it’s more of a wet room. The larger rooms will probably have bigger bathrooms. One of the best things about this hotel is the varied breakfast selection. You will not leave breakfast hungry :-) Overall I had a great stay at Tung Trang and although the room was small, it was very, very affordable for the location.

Séjour dans petit hôtel familial

Petit hôtel familial , la famille avec une adorable grand mère vit sur place, dans une ruelle très calme donnant sur 3 rues et petit marché à côté. La chambre est confortable, ménage tous les jours ,changement de serviettes très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux buffet et choix du plat principal pris dans la cuisine familiale. Amabilité du personnel Tony réception du soir et de la famille propriétaire des lieux qui vous guidera au mieux. Le seul reproche est au site qui donne une mauvaise information sur les chambres. La photo de la chambre supérieure est celle de la chambre avec balcon plus chère. La chambre supérieure est une twin mesurant moins de 15m2 , petite fenêtre. La double plus petite 12m2.

タクシーが入っていけないほど狭い道沿いにあるので、荷物があると歩く距離が長く大変ですが、大通りに面していない分、静かで良いです。親切なファミリーが朝食などを用意してくれるのでアットホームな雰囲気が好みであれば良いと思います。部屋は非常に狭く、シャワーとトイレが一体なので、シャワーを使用するとトイレが確実に濡れるので、複数の滞在には向かないでしょう。

This hotel stay was exceptional. Hotel staff was excellent. Room was of the highest standard. Safe and very quiet is a big asset in a very crowded and noisy city. Free breakfast was the best you could expect. Hotel goes out of the way to ensure a pleasant stay in Hanoi. Ideally located in old quarter and close to everything. Price was great value. The highest recommendation to stay in this hotel and I don't usually rate a place to this degree. I would certainly return if ever back in Hanoi.
