Great location, nice room, lift for convenience

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Only thing that occurred was some unexplained loud construction sounds early in the morning. It woke my husband and I but not our children. This obviously was something that happened during our stay but wouldn’t usually occur. Lift was a big plus. Bananas and lolly bowls in the lobby were a big hit with the kids.

we booked 2 rooms here. Humidity level is >90%, mold and mildew build up around sink and bathroom. Awful permanent odor. A/C worked only 20%, room always hot. Yes, many guests already complained but issues still remain. Front desk staff : Ms Linh and Trang are very helpful.

The floor waste in the shower was clogged which makes the water ponding. The bed sheets smell bad (like humid). Water is refilled in glass containers and everything looks dodgy.

Horrible rooms with high humidity. It is dirty and unbreathable. No windows! No breakfast! Very noisy! Very expensive for what it offers. I do not recommend it at all

良い点 受付の方の感じがとてもよかった。 朝食なしでとてもリーズナブルに良い部屋でした。 便利なエリアですが騒音など気にならなかった。 近くに有名なチェー、コーヒー店、おこわ屋さんがあります。 空港まで300000ドンで送ってくれました。 次回も泊まりたいです。 気になった点 8階は階段を一階登る必要があります。 部屋に蜂がいた。 浴室に足跡があった。 曇りの日、朝から部屋の中が湿気がすごく、布団がジトジトになりました。(友人の部屋は問題なかったそうです)冬でしたがクーラーを入れたら問題なかった。

Beau séjour à Hanoï

J’avais demandé une chambre tranquille avec deux lits à l’étage supérieur. La chambre du troisième étage (#302) est propre et les lits sont confortables. Par ailleurs, c’est un peu humide dans la chambre et une légère odeur émane de la salle de bain. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend des bruits de portes et de tuyauteries. Le système de climatisation est efficace et offre une fonction de déshumidification, l'hôtelier aurait intérêt à l’utiliser. Nous avons utilisé le service de buanderie de l’hôtel et les vêtements sont revenus avec des tâches qui n’étaient pas là au départ. A éviter… L’hotel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et accueillant. Cependant, les communications en anglais sont à améliorer.

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et serviable. L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du Lac, des restaurants etc., quartier animé. Par contre, l'hôtel mériterait quelques rénovations (fuites sous le lavabo, abat-jour qui tombe, literie ancienne...) et surtout c'est très bruyant, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs et dans les chambres voisines.

The location can't be beat! Right in the heart of the old quarter and close to everything. Comfortable bed and we had a nice room overlooking the street. Breakfast was really delicious where they had fresh fruit, breads, pancakes and made to order eggs, pho and sandwiches! The staff are the highlight though! Extermely friendly, helpful and always smiling! Alice in particular was wonderdul with us! She helped us book a great tour and took extra time to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Staff!!

On the 1st day, I notice there are still some stench might be due to the humid weather and my bed makes squeaky sound, which scares us. I notified the staff and didnt expect much as it was going to be a 2 night thing. But overall It can be improved and their staff is really very good and their service is tip top. They indeed acted on any comments made and that is really impressive. If other places they might have just ignore our comments.

Super Friendly and Great Breakfast ! Our stay at the trang trang boutique hotel was the perfect introduction to Vietnam! We arrived in the late evening at the airport -and although my friend hadnt received the email the hotel had arranged the pick up...the driver had been kind enough to wait 2 hours or more...perhaps some miscommunication on flight times so we were more than grateful! The hotel is in a perfect location walking street , Close to lots of tourist attractions,& an easy walk to shopping and restaurants! We stayed first in a deluxe double room- Very clean,always very hot water & has complementary toiletries! we also stayed in a deluxe twin and again it was lovely-for us backpackers the quality of the rooms were well above the price we paid so couldnt have asked for more! Breakfast was included when we booked and it was the highlight of my mornings- we were always greeted with smiles ,great service and a yummy choice of cooked menu along with the buffet of fruits,breads juices and more! Staff Very Friendly!! Phillip helped us with booking Tours to Sapa and Halong bay ,both were amazing- particiculary Sapa -all pickups and hotel, trekking, Homestay and food included in a great price), and even better the hotel Safely kept our heavy backpacks there inbetween each tour as to save lugging them around! An added bonus we were recommended a great hotel for our next stop in Hue and were not let down! I would definitely pick to stay here again,and can easily recommend the
