The service was impeccable! It was raining and the hotel provided free umbrellas for us when they saw us going to leave the hotel. Even when we were just waiting in the lobby, they offered us drinks and asked if we needed help to get around.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. The location of the hotel was great, in the heart of the old quarter. The room (deluxe) was spacious and clean as well, but the biggest difference between this hotel & others was the staff. Every single one of them did an incredible job at catering to our needs, everybody, from the door-man, reception staff, information desk, kitchen staff & the cleaning staff, did a superb job at making us feel comfortable & well-taken care of. We even got a little gift when we checked out. I hope everyone who comes to Hanoi gets to experience such a wonderful hotel. Easiest 10/10 in my life. Thank you everyone at Salute :)

Everything was fantastic - highly recommend!

This hotel was super comfortable (great shower and very comfy bed, even for my very tall hubby!), and impeccably clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, but never pushy. The hotel staff helped us arrange day and overnight trips during our stay and were super communicative, and everything ran smoothly. The hotel is located centrally in the Old Quarter and most major tourist attractions are within 10-30 mins walk (or a short taxi/pedicab ride). There are tons of restaurants, bars and shopping right outside the door and the night markets are super close too. Breakfast was included and was great quality with lots of delicious local and international options. We also tried the spa and the massages and foot treatments were just wonderful! All of this at a reasonable rate. Loved it!

We told the front desk the water boiler was not working. We didn’t expect much could be done. But the hotel actually replaced the boiler in the same day. This level of care to the customers is unheard of. I was truly delighted.

旧市街のショッピングやカフェ等徒歩10分圏内で行くことが出来ます。 部屋に関しては、タオルがバスタオルとハンドタオルのみでフェイスタオルがないのはとても不便でした。 スパはとてもよかったです。旧市街のスパにも行きましたがやはりホテルの方が良かったです。 朝食は、オーダーのフォーがとても美味しかったです。

깔끔한 호텔 추천합니다

오래된 건물이긴 한거 같아요. 하지만 깔끔하고 깨끗하게 리모델링 되어 있었고, 고풍스런 가구들과 잘 어울렸습니다. 베트남 특유의 건물과 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 호텔이라 좋았구요. 조식은 깔끔하고 맛있었어요. 특히나 쌀국수는 너무 맛있어서 굳이 쌀국수 식당을 안가도 될 정도입니다. 직원들은 굉장히 친절하고, 아이들과 잘 어울리며 배려 해 주었습니다. 무거운 짐 다 옮겨주고 최고에요! 특히 grace는 한국어를 하며 소통을 해 주어 편리했습니다. 이 호텔을 다음에도 꼭 이용하겠습니다.

최근에 리뉴얼하여 청결함. 다른 리뷰와 같이 서비스가 너무~ 좋았음 . 가족과 함께하는 여행으로 모두 만족했으면 재방문 의사 100% 3박4일 동안 묵었으며 방도 업그레이드 해주심. 감사합니다.^^ 다만 9층단독 룸에 묵었는데 10층이 식당으로 6시 정도 되면 사람들의 인기척이 들려 잠이 깼지만~ 큰 문제 되지 않을 만큼 서비스가 너~ 무 좋았음~ 룸위치로 인한 불편함은 호텔에서 고민해 보면 좋을듯^^;

Très bel hôtel et équipe au top

Un hôtel parfaitement situé dans la vielle ville. Tout est facile à pied. Joli bâtiment, belle entrée et bel hall d'accueil. Nous sommes arrivés vers 8h du matin. Le personnel est très accueillant et vous offre un petit café/thé. Il s'occupe de tout. Nous avons pris en supplément, une chambre en day use pour avoir la chambre immédiatement. Aucun problème nous avons été dans une première chambre et cela incluait le breakfast (20euros). Trois types de chambres : sans fenêtre (au milieu du bâtiment), avec deux petites fenêtres (à l'arrière) et avec grandes baies vitrées en façade. Nous avons eu celle a l'arrière en day use et ensuite celle en façade comme réservée pour nos 3 nuits. Le petit déjeuné est excellent et varié avec une salle sympa au dernier étage. Le personnel est très prévenant et a votre service pour tout organiser (taxi, voiture privée....). Bref, je recommande volontier cet hôtel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Bravo et merci à l'équipe.
