Really lovely, stylish boutique hotel with incredible staff. Super comfy bed! Amazing and really helpful front desk! We arrived in Hanoi in not really good time, because of the Virus outbreak almost every tourist destination was closed or about to be close. The guys did everything to Help us have a nice stay. We couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommended.

this place is a gem located near the heart of Hanoi city but away from all the loud noisy night life activities. It is a short distance to Tong Duy Tan street food areas and where the train track cafes are. Street food and bars/pubs are walking distance from the hotel . The setting of the hotel as well as interior designs of the room is elegant and very classy.

Never expect such a decent hotel. Staff is excellent professional like 5 star hotel, very warm welcome, polite, and direct me all the way to rooms. Let me feel like I am coming home, will definitely coming back and recommend to friends and relative. Breakfast and all facilities clean and tidy with such a budget price. Having a budget price but with a 5 star hotel service.

I returned to this hotel as I had a good experience previously and the price was very competitive this time round. Pity it was only for one night, but I am sure to stay in one of the group's hotels again in the near future.

Amazing staff that went above and beyond. They helped me arrange a walking food tour. They organized a taxi to take our luggage to another hotel when we had to check out. And they didn’t charge us. Great value. Great place.

Charming hotel!!
This is hotel that knows how to look after their guests! For us, it ticked every box from the lovely, colonial era style of decor to the amazing service from all the team, as well as a great breakfast, amazing spa and perfect location. Here’s some detailed info to help you make your decision... - Location - it’s fairly central and if you exit the hotel and turn left then the old town is a 15 min walk, or turn right and you’ll find the new town around 15 mins too. Train street (worth a visit!) is 5 mins away and locally there are some lovely restaurants (try Old Hanoi, 5 min walk away). - The service - Just perfect, from the welcome with sit down drinks to every member of staff giving a sincere greeting. One example of the proactive service is that we had an overnight boat trip for Ha Long bay planned. Upon checkin they asked us which company we had booked with, and a day later when we enquired at reception how to get there they had already phoned the tour company, confirmed everything and arranged a taxi pick up for the exact time we needed! - Facilities - There’s a rooftop pool plus a gym with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and a rack of weights. The spa is excellent and popular, although we got same day evening appointments twice. Prices are very reasonable (we had 2 facials, 2 massage so a total of 2 hours for 2 people for £85). - The rooms - Well appointed and modern, with a lovely bathroom. This hotel is just lovely and you won’t regret staying here :)

Every Detail was absolutely perfect
We loved our stay here! The staff was so amazing - accommodating and helpful. The location is great - a short (15 min) walk to the Old Quarter and very near many other attractions. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. Two free bottles of water + some snacks left every day. The breakfast was phenomenal! There was a variety of foods both Asian and western in the buffet (fried rice, spring rolls, bacon, hash browns) as well as cereal and breads, fruit + an al a cart menu with eggs, pancakes, pho, and much more. We did not try the hotel restaurant so no review there. It was too cold to swim but the pool was very nice - a little small but rooftop with nice views. The gyms was also small but had the essentials. Both the pool and gym were clean and modern looking. We have not a single complaint and would happily stay here again.

New Year’s Stay
This is an extremely attractive boutique style hotel, immaculately presented both in the public areas and in the bedrooms. The staff’s attention to detail was commendable. Despite the weather being awful and that our visit coincided with Hanoi’s busiest time of the year, we really enjoyed our stay. Would happily recommend the hotel. Restaurant was excellent, mini bar was well stocked, fruit and snacks were free in the bedroom every day. As an added bonus, the hotel is sited about 100 metres from Hanoi’s famous Train Street. Well worth a visit !

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Very nice and modern look, great reception and a bar, fabulous restaurant with options to cater any taste. The room was spacious enough , had a great bed and pillows, antique look of the shower fittings. What makes this hotel excellent though is the staff that goes above and beyond to make your vacation the best. Very polite yet friendly, from calling tour operators when you booked activities to arrange last minute any activities you’re looking for, each staff you encounter will take a minute to greet you and ask you how you are. Absolutely amazing. Also I got on arrival a map ,and they pointed the museums close by ( 10-15 min to Vietnam war museum, Old Citadel, Museum of fine arts, Temple of Literature, Vietnam Women Museum, Old Quarter, Opera House) . Also they encircled the sister hotels and said if we’re in area and need assistance not to hesitate asking and the sister hotels.

This hotel is gorgeous and the staff are incredible! The bed was super comfortable and the Spa was very beautiful. We even received a gorgeous farewell gift from the Hotel Manager. Would recommend!

Amazing boutique hotel located centrally in the old quarter. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the hotel was indeed 5-star. Would recommend it to everybody!

beautiful hotel and amazing staff
This hotel was sooo nice. Small but beautiful. The staff was amazing and extremely attentive, they even called the airport for us when our bags were lost. The interior was very picturesque. Breakfast was large with many options. The tea they served when checking in was delicious as well! I would definitely stay again

Majestic it is
Just a beautiful stay on the outskirts of the French Quarter The Majestic Suite is spacious, very stylish, and has a nice balcony with bistro table and two chairs overlooking the bustling street. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfast has an expansive combination of western and viet offerings. We thoroughly enjoyed our family visit here and would highly recommend Wish I could upload videos os the room and the breakfast buffet

3-day visit to Hanoi, the hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distances to the old town, coffee shops a plenty and some great food places all nearby. Our room was a perfect size for the three of us, plenty of space, great size bathroom, good size balcony, room was lovely and clean, beds so good! The staff were excellent with the perfect level of attentiveness, making sure our stay at the hotel was as good as it gets. Their knowledge on where to go and what to see was superb.
