The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I think gave us an upgrade as we had an extra bed. However, the room was small and the bathroom was a tiny wet room, which meant that the toilet and all your belongings get wet when you use the shower. It wasn't super clean (some hairs and dirt in corners). Breakfast was basic but fine.

Hotel is in the center walking distance to downtown area. Room is small but we have comfortable king and double bed. Pillows, sheets and mattress is nice we slept well. Also has a free breakfast bacon sausage and a lot more. Service is great and very helpful.

Expérience très décevante

La première nuit, nous apprenons que notre chambre est occupée par une personne malade, nous acceptons donc à la demande de l'hôtel d'être dé-classées pour être logées dans une chambre au dernier étage, avec des escaliers à monter. La deuxième nuit, à notre arrivée vers minuit, une coupure de courant avec explosion s'est faite à plusieurs reprises dans la chambre, ce qui nous a fait très peur et le personnel de l'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous mettre dans une autre chambre. Bien que le personnel a appelé un technicien, aucune garantie ne nous a été donnée quant au fait que la coupure n'allait nplus se reproduire. La chambre n'étant pas disposée d'une fenêtre et la salle de bain étant très humide, l'odeur qui se dégageait était irrespirable, et étant asthmatique, il m'était difficile d'y rester. Malgré tous ces inconvénients, le personnel (un jeune homme) ne nous a donné aucun compromis. Nous avons demandé à parler au manager mais le jeune hôte d'accueil nous a dit qu'il n'était pas disponible. Ayant alors demandé un remboursement d'au moins une nuit, notre demande a été refusée. Finalement, nous avons été mises à la porte de l'hôtel, avec nos sacs et nos bagages à minuit, étant dans l'obligation de trouver rapidement un autre hébergement alors que nous avions notr avion le lendemain.
