Staff is so wonderful and helpful. They had wonderful recommendations around town and helped with getting a sim card delivered. The spa staff was also amazing, I enjoyed them so much I returned a second day for a couple of treatments. They all do a really great job! Location has lots to offer and walkable. Also easy to get a grab if needed.

Clean room. Towels replaced frequently. Privacy was respected. It has AC for hot days and heating for cold days. Maybe floor needs to be vacuumed instead of mopped cause I always see dust under my sandals but not a big deal. Nice that breakfast offers hot pho. Some say variety is a bit limited which is true but I didn't mind. Had everything I needed to eat safely, cooked veggies, fruits with peels (banana), cooked meat, porridge etc. I am glad I booked tours with the hotel desk, they offered competitive pricing. Great staff.

The property is located within Old Quarter, easy access to everything around. However, it is located in a smaller street so we had to walk one block away, to a larger main intersection to get picked up for tours. Overall, the place is pretty worth for the money since you also get free breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, will stay again.

Impeccable!! I’ve booked this hotel for 2 nights with a really good deal. When I arrived I had an early check-in with an upgrade to a deluxe room on a higher level. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room was amazing for the price that I paid. The breakfast buffet had a variety of good choices and the hotel is located at a very convenient area. In summary, I enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic March 2025 three night stay at Hanoi Plaza Suites and Spa. Clean and quiet room on 4th floor. This hotel is located in a busy part of the Old Quarter where everything is walkable. Fantastic food and shopping options right outside the front door. Delicious rooftop breakfast every morning included. The staff was super helpful, especially Mia, who helped arrange a day trip to Ha Long Bay and answered all of our first timer questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This Hotel was perfect! we booked two rooms and we were ecstatic about everything. easy to get to from the motorway and close enough to walk to everywhere in the old quarter. everyone of the staff are amazing and genuinely friendly and eager to help. rooms are nice sized and immaculate and quiet. We only ate breakfast there but the selection was very good and plentiful. This hotel was tremendous value for money. the spa attached is fantastic and professional. water pressure was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel. The location of the hotel is second to none - right in the heart of the old quarter and really easy to get around and explore. The rooms are a good size and beds are extremely comfy. The only thing that we’d flag would be the hotel breakfast. While there was a selection of food, we felt like it could have been a little more expansive however I appreciate that there’s limited space in the upstairs floor to do this. The staff at the hotel were incredible. They all work so hard and were always so friendly and more than happy to help out. They assisted us with any questions we had, booked tours for us and made us feel very welcome. We’d happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Hanoi :-)

GOOD MORNING VIETNAM!!! My first visit to Vietnam in the historical city of Hanoi I had the pleasure of staying at the magnificent Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect as soon as I landed with quality pickup service. Upon arrival directed to my room with such a comforting energy. The breakfast with Vietnamese options like pho was delicious! Oh and I cannot forget the spa located inside the building where I had the most relaxing Vietnamese traditional massage. Thank you managers and staff for a warm welcome and hope to see and stay at your establishment in the future.

Staff was excellent. Property fell short. Windows single glaze glass, expect to wake up early to plenty of honking. AC did not go above 18*C so very room was not warm. Above my floor was rooftop bar/ breakfast space. Every morning heard chairs sliding across upstairs floor and at night smoke from bar could be smelled in the room. Again, amazing staff but property needs some upgrades.
