아쉽네요~

가격이 저렴해서 기대는 안했지만, 기본청결은 갖추고 있을줄 알았는데...방에 들어서자마자 퀴퀴한 냄새가나고 옷장도 퀴퀴하고 침대는 눅눅하고, 수건에선 냄새가 나더라고요...위치도 골목안쪽으로 찾기힘들고,골목이라 조용할줄 알았는데, 시끄넙고, 추웠읍니다...저녁비행이라 잠자고 다음 호텔로 이동해서 새롭게 시작하려고 이른 체크아웃을 했습니다.

호텔 데스크 직원분들 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 호텔 공항셔틀 서비스도 좋았습니다. (저희가 새벽도착 새벽출발이라 교통편이 택시외엔 없었거든요) 위치도 성요셉 성당옆이라 찾아다니기 좋아어요. 그런데 이 호텔에 심각한 옥의 티가 존재합니다. 바로 객실 청결도 입니다. 저희가 새벽도착 후 에어컨을 가동하고 커튼을 젖히는 순간 방안 가득 퍼지는 미세먼지들! 거기다 가구들에 뽀얗게 쌓인 먼지들까지... 저 가져간 물티슈로 청소하고 잤습니다. 장롱과 욕실커튼엔 곰팡이가 자리잡고있고요, 진짜 대박은 냉장고 안이었습니다. 보시고 판단하세요. 이 상태가 저희가 머무는 일주일 내내 계속 되더라고요. 저 청소 상태에 열받아 키퍼분께 팁 전혀 들이지 않았습니다. 그랬더니 욕실 온수기 스위치를 내려놓고 가셨네요. 거기다 물도 가져다 놓질 않더군요. 이 호텔 조식도 없어요.

No había nadie jabón ni toallas de mano. Tañpoco nos dieron una más para uso de la cara. Cortaban el agua caliente a las 8 pm y no había hasta las 10 am. Imposible bañarse en los horarios que ellos disponen porque perdéis actividades!! El desayuno es pobre

ロケーションは素晴らしい。 WiFiがきちんとつながれば、言うことなし！ フロント周りしか繋がらず大変だった。 近くによ 良いレストランがあり、行かなかったけども、便利そうです。

Vores ophold var ikke noget at råbe huraa for. Jeg kan virkelig ikke anbefale dette hotel. Da min kæreste og jeg ankom til hotellet om eftermiddagen var vores værelse ikke klar og det ville det heller ikke være før til dagen efter.. vi blev derfor sendt over til et andet sted med mug på væggene og meget larm.. da vi så ankom dagen efter til vores rigtige hotel var sengene så forfærdelige! Det var om om at lille på fjeder, av vores ryg! Vi havde 96 trapper op, uden hjælp eller elevator..

저렴함 숙박비. 딱 그만큼의 호텔.

위치적으로는 괜찮았지만, 호텔의 전체적 만족도로는 보통입니다. 객실 내 개미가 많아서, 먹거리를 잠시라도 꺼내 놓으면 개미가.....ㅠㅠ 욕실 수압도 좋지 않습니다. 세면대 물이 쫄쫄쫄 나와서 손 씻기도 불편하였고, 객실내에 쓰레기통도 없었습니다. 객실 에어컨 작동도 자꾸 말썽을 부렸지만, 저렴한 숙박비에 많은 걸 바라면 욕심이라는 생각에 예정대로 3박을 하였습니다.

Hyvä hotelli missä ainakin meillä oli iso huone (yksi 120cm yhden hengen sänky sekä 180cm parisänky, oltiin siis toivottu huonetta kahdella yhden hengen sängyllä). Wifi toimii, ilmastointi toimii. Aamupala ok, henkilökunta olisi voinut olla kielitaitoisempaa. Sijainti hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä Pyhän Joosefin katedraali.

Trevligt och familjärt hotell

Litet familjärt hotell, nymålat och ljust. Det är byggt på höjden men har ingen hiss så man blir vältränad i benen om man bor högt upp. Sängarna lite hårda. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är mycket centralt med massor av butiker och restauranger i närheten.

Great central location in the old quarter

The Hanoi Lucky II Hotel is right in the middle of local life which I really enjoyed. It could be noisy but I had a back facing room...no view but no intrusive street noise. It was convenient for everywhere I wanted to go and very friendly and helpful staff.

Super beliggenhed.

Du får rigtig meget for pengene. Beliggenheden er super og servicen er god. Vi var alt i alt meget tilfredse. Boede på hotellet i 10 dage og vil gøre det igen.

I stayed at Hanoi Lucky Hotel in Ngo Huyen for nearly 2 weeks during my business trip and found this hotel worth staying with so friendly and helpful staffs. I chose this hotel to stay as its central location to everywhere. Because my business jobs required me to travel to many companies in Hanoi. This hotel is quite central to everywhere in Hanoi, just few minutes away from the places I visited. Moreover, the hotel is near shopping streets and relaxing areas like : Hang Gai street famous for silk and souvenir, Hang Ngang – Hang Dao streets fomous for small shopping, Hoan Kiem lake famous for refreshing around activities after hard-working hours. I bought many things for my friends and family. One of the most impressive things that made me so happy and relaxing while staying there was the welcoming staffs and goo services the hotel offered me. The staffs always welcame me with smiling face and helped me with anything they can. They even solved the problem between the outside taxi driver and me when I was cheated by the driver. Even it was a little money, they helped me to know more about the exact taxi cost and made me refreshing by paying the exact amount as what needed to be paid. In the morning, whenever I went to the taxi to visit my partners, there was a staff to take me to the taxi and told the driver where I went, so the driver brought me to the exact address in time. Their room is also nice and convenient as equiped with high-speed internet connection and computer inside the room (FREE). I love this Hotel and the staffs. I will chose this hotel for every business trips to Hanoi. Thank you all the friendly staffs!
