The staff is really outstanding, they helped me out so much, they went out of their way to help me find a place and fix my luggage, I’ve never been so well treated in a Hotel, really recommend it for anyone trying to have a easy going stay, clean and tidy, on the budget, couldn’t be better. Definitely will come back.

A great little hotel and staff to match

Michael from Aria was superb! Sorting out our food tour, trip to Bungalow Island in Lan Ha (which is way less crowded and more pristine than Harlong), trip to Sapa and all pickups with every movement. The hotel is relatively new and therefore very clean and tidy. Beds were more than comfortable and breakfast was a full buffet. A 10 min walk to old quarter but that was just 10 more minutes of entertainment for us... and only 3 minutes to the train station for the overnighter to Sapa. Thanks Michael and staff

Le personnel est vraiment dévoué et la chambre était confortable. J’y suis allé en pleine transition entre la cuisine commune en restaurant donc ni l’un ni l’autre n’étaient accessibles mais on m’a accommodée et permis d’aller à la cuisine malgré les rénovations en cours, tout en s’assurant de ma sécurité. Malgré les enjeux de langues, le personnel m’a toujours traité avec courtoisie et je me sentais VIP à chaque moment. Le responsable, Albert, a aussi une agence de voyage et a organisé mon excursion à la Baie D’Halong et il m’a vraiment offert le tour parfait pour mes goûts et mon budget, sans jamais insister. Je l’ai choisi et j’ai adoré! Je recommande l’hôtel et y retournerais sans hésiter si je retourne dans la région.

This hotel is walking distance to everything. I walked everywhere, that alone is a win. It's basic, but clean and comfortable which are the only two important things in my opinion. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I didn't go to breakfast, because I was always excited about going out to get food...the area central, not fancy but of you're don't care about that it's great, safe.

Amazing!! We will be back! · it’s a really nice hotel the service was excellent, very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly. recommend to everyone. This is one of the overall best hotels I have ever stayed at The room were spacious and spotless. Our room had beautiful tile and a large bathroom with a gorgeous shower. The bed was large even for a king size. The property is in a great location. We walked to almost every site we wanted to visit. The staff were wonderful. They helped us with learning the local customs and making plans for what to do while there. The breakfast was out of this world! Definitely eat the banana pancakes and the local fruit that is available on the breakfast buffet. The hotel also had complementary tea time with pastries and other snacks that were delicious. The room rates are the best you will find in the area for this degree of overall customer service and excellent accommodations. The staff is really great and attentive! Also the rooms are wonderfully decorated and clean! 100% recommendable!
