We stayed in a suite, but there were a series of malfunctions in the bathroom, TV, door locks and other facilities. The room was changed but still the improvement of the poor facilities was not satisfactory. The staff were good.

Great hotel

Everyone working at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. I stayed 3 nights overall in between short trips to other cities and they kept my luggage safe in between my stays. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect: 5mn walk from the train station/airport bus stop 86. And walking distance from old quarter too while quiet.

Tour hotel

Generally the hotel was value for money. The hotel staff were very good and helpful. At the time of my visit Hanoi was subject to a cold spell of weather and the hotel's heating system could not cope causing the rooms to be uncomfortably cold. The hotels location is very convenient.

Great location, spacious room, super friendly staff, perfect place to stay in Hanoi. My room was also very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet is a nice + (lots of fruits and healthy options)

This is a clean hotel with spacious rooms. After checking out, we stayed in another area for one night, but it was difficult to take our carry-on case with me, so we asked if staffs could keep our carry-on case for a day, and they kindly agreed. Thank you very much for your help.

Nice hotel in a very central location, close to the old quarter but still quiet from the busy streets. We selected this hotel as a second option after the first fell through and it did not disappoint. Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, small downsides would be that we could hear our neighbours in the evening when they returned late from outside, also the breakfast would benefit from more options like yoghurt, cheese, ham and similar. Otherwise a nice place!

Really liked the location of the hotel down a quiet ish alley with good eateries around. Big light comfortable room with fast wifi and a desk. I used it for a work meeting. Decent breakfast with pho, eggs, fruit, salads, toast etc. pleasant helpful staff - laundry came back quick!

Best budget hotel

This hotel is the best budget hotel in Hanoi. Location is great if you want to enjoy old downtown of Hanoi. Staffs are very kind and helpful. It is old but still clean. Some problems are still exist such as shower booth is not stable and water pressure is a little bit weak, and breakfast is poor. However, when I think about the price, this hotel is recommendable. I love this hotel so much.

If it's the cheapest option, go for it.

Decent hotel, was the cheapest option so definitely good value for the price. Breakfast wasn't that great, they changed some dishes sometimes, some days I just ate fruit because the only other option was boiled vegetables and greasy eggs. Only have one size of cup available for example, which is really tiny and means you get to have two sips of tea and then have to go get up and pour another tiny cup for yourself. Room was ok, I got upgraded to the deluxe or something, thought I didn't have a window at first because it was so small. Bed was two double beds put together so you had this uncomfortable bump in the middle where the two beds connected. Staff were all friendly, but sometimes seemed more interested in selling you their version of something than helping you find it. As I was moving to Hanoi and just staying for one week while house hunting, I needed to go find a store where I could get a sim card and data plan for the next few months set up as well as buy a new phone, the hotel wanted to sell me their sim cards instead and when I mentioned I needed to go to an actual store to buy a local phone they lost interest in helping me.

My 1st room was too small to open my suitcase even on the floor. I had one request; a room with a window. Second room had a sealed window with metal bars. They said that all their rooms except the suites with balconies have sealed-off windows with metal bars. There is one very narrow stairs, maybe about 2 to 2.5 feet wide. A death trap in an emergency. Also their “hallways” are extremely narrow and room doors are close to one another. You can hear voices from next room or the hallway like they are in your own room. My mattress was worn out and collepsed, felt metal on my back, maybe they keep mattresses for an eternity (see pic).Sheets were dirty and bugs in the room. Inop Safe box with dead battery and other inop stuff. Shower water did not drain. Too many issues to list all. A never of them to charge a penalty to move out, but had to move out. Employees, even the liar frontdesk jerk, seemingly nice, but turned out to be just outwardly. Don’t know how they have good reviews. I hope they post even bad reviews like this.
Mattress brand name is ETERNITY
They said that the metal bars were to keep their guest from tossing out the cigarette butts

約2年ぶりの滞在となりました。2階の部屋で朝食付会場や外に出るのも便利でとてもよかったです。お風呂がバスタブ付きで広くて水圧もありよかったです。テレビの使い方がわからなかったが、スタッフが丁寧に説明してくれて良かったです。朝食もデザートが豊富で健康的な朝を迎えられてよかったです。また泊まりたいです。

広々としたお部屋でとても清潔でした。 テレビが映らないと紙にメモしておいたら、すぐに付くようになっていました。 朝食が美味しくて、毎日果物が豊富にありました。旅行中は果物を食べないので助かりました。 牛すじ煮込みが美味しすぎて何回もおかわりしちゃったくらい（笑） フォーや卵焼きはライブキッチンで温かいものを提供してくれます。
