The room was just as pictured! The staff were all super friendly and provided great recommendations on local food to eat. The hotel is located on a busy street which menas it's super convenient to walk to most places, but it may be too noisy for people who need quiet to sleep. I personally loved it here and would book again if ever in Hanoi.
