住宿地點離稍微偏離了最繁華的啤酒街，所以相對安靜一些些，交通繁忙也稍微好些，而且離主要的大條馬路又比較近，如果買行程，巴士大多會停在大條的馬路上，從飯店走過去一下下就到了！
房間冷氣夠冷、水柱也夠強，背包客房設施基礎但夠用，床跟枕頭軟硬度對我來說剛好！
大推Alice的服務，那天我剛好在門口喝咖啡，她一踏入公司就對我打招呼，在我入住那天也提供很多的旅遊服務 並且解答我很多問題。
住宿出有餐點跟酒吧，買大瓶的水確實很便宜！
不過有幾個地方還是可以再加強～～
因為一樓是廚房，我入住的第一天發現有小昆蟲在我床上，床旁插座有個孔可能比較緊，我試了幾次放不進去，告知其他房務人員，來幫我看完之後直接示範要用更大的力氣把插頭推入就能用了，這部分確實讓我比較訝異，另外，背包客房有個小袋子或活動室的小桌子會更棒，至少我放眼鏡等小東西會稍微方便些！
房間夠冷，但是提供的被子比較薄，其他空床當時有厚一點的被子，可能我英文不好，跟當時的房務人員溝通後，我並沒有換到比較厚的被子。
住宿地點在週末晚上時，可能會被對面的啤酒餐廳（我猜）的低頻音波影響，不過大概在晚上十點左右就會把聲音關掉了，至少我晚上十一點多回房休息時沒被影響到

写真ほど綺麗な施設ではなく、建物の古さと下水の匂いが気になった。スタッフはとても親切で優しく素敵な人でした。立地は良いので短期での滞在時にはまた利用したいです。
