HORRIBLE !! A fuire absolument !!
Pour l'hôtel :
Nous sommes arrivés à 22 heures, il y a 3 réceptionnistes à l'accueil, et les 3 sont toutes occupées en même temps sur un SEUL dossier du monsieur devant nous. 1/2h d'après, enfin c'est notre tour, mais l'hôtel nous a dit qu'il n'a aucune réservation à notre nom, il faut contacter nous même le site Hôtels.com. Après mon appel, Hôtels.com a rappelé immédiatement l'hôtel, mais là, hallucinant, aucune entre elles ne parle anglais, je dois faire la traduction au tél. afin de résoudre le problème.
Pour la chambre :
Le salle de bain est ignoble, tâche suspecte (jaune ou noire ) sur le WC et dans le baignoire. Mini bar fermé à clé, pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. on peut même entendre le sujet de conversation du voisin. etc. etc. La liste est tellement longue !!

THEY DO NOT HONOR HOTELS.COM RESERVATIONS
They did not honor my hotels.com reservation. They said that they don't take any reservation from hotels.com, even though I showed them the confirmation email I had received from hotels.com, which included my payment.
Therefore, I paid for a room that I could not use. Hotels.com did not issue any refund for that.

Wonderful stay - good value
Booked a single room but think was upgraded to a junior suite that comes with a suana in the bathroom, my first such experience. Had wonderful stay there as the hotel staff were friendly and the facilities are good. Will definitely come back again in my next trip.
