Very clean and nice hotel in Hangzhou. Although it’s a little bit far away (30mins-1hours ride) from Westlake, the neighborhood is still nice and safe. I came for a business trip so it’s close to the place where I wanted to go. Definitely will revisit if I’m in Hangzhou again.

The housekeeping on the 10th floor is really nice. She keep our room nice and clean. she also worked with our wired jet lag schedule too. Our stay at Xixi Hilton was wonderful, the stuff are nice so is the delivery robots:) Only one little thing, the breakfast coffee don't have lactose free option, but I figured out how to bought my own from store.

Wonderful house keeping. Over all nice and clean. Breakfasts was nice too. The only down side is the temperature controlIs in the room are not working, we end up turned off ours it was way too hot. Also, even know it’s smoke free hotel , we can still smell that outside our room , elevator.

Nice Comfortable hotel

I stayed in this hotel for Asia game. Overall, the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and comfortable. the only down side is the breakfast is not very good, limited choice of food. Breakfast time 7-10am, I came down at 9:20, no refill for food or drinks. and some food doesn't look very fresh, charging RMB 106 per head is way too overprices. Overall, this is a nice hotel as the room is clean, spacious and friendly staff.

The room was clean and tidy. Carrie and Demi at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was impressive with chefs that personally make freshly cooked noodles in front of you. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time!
