メトロ龍翔橋駅から西湖と反対方向へ向かって徒歩５分くらい。周辺は飲食店、コンビニが多く、雰囲気も日本の渋谷や難波を安全にしたような感じの場所です。客室は新しいとは言えませんが、清掃やメンテナンスが丁寧にされていると感じるくらい綺麗です。朝食は種類が豊富で、とても満足でした。フロントの方も笑顔で接してくれて、安心できました。

조식이...진짜 개 쩔어요 the breakfast buffet here is reeeaaaallly fabulous. Please try at least once!!! 여행 많이 다녔는데 조식뷔페 이만한 데는 처음입니다. 숙박료도 저렴한데 2인 조식뷔페 포함 1박 7만원.... 중국 물가의 위엄을 다시 느껴요. 가격대비 시설도 매우 좋았고 한가지 아쉬운점은 피트니스센터가 닫혀있어서 사용을 못 했습니다. 그래도 좋았어요. 음식때문에 재방문 예정 ㅎㅎ

良いホテルです

西湖にも近く空港行きのバスもホテルの前から出ています。中国茶博物館行のバス停もホテルの駐車場を出たところが乗り場で立地がよいです。値段も手ごろでまた杭州に行くときはリピートしたいと思います。

なんせ立地が最高でした。西湖や　繁華街に歩いて行けるしエアポートバスのバス停が目の前。ホテルの隣が旅行代理店で　チケットもそこで買えました。他の口コミで　古さが目立つとありましたが　特に感じませんでした。次回もここにします。

設備もサービスも満足でした。朝食が美味しかったです。近くに夜市があり、楽しむ事ができました。シングルツインにエキストラベッドを入れて３人で泊まりましたが、大丈夫でした。

It's about 5 - 10 min walk from Subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take airport bus to the airport, need to buy ticket first at a tour agency nearby hotel (ask fo location at the hotel). Wifi is ok.

写真と全く別物のホテルです！値段が安いから期待はしなかったけど、本当に騙された感ハンパない。古～い昭和なホテル。朝も、掃除の人の声やドアの開け閉めの音（バッタンバッタン大音量）で凄く不快でした。もう泊まりません。

탁월한 위치!!!

위치가 아주 적절한 곳입니다. 조금만 걸어나오면 넓은 백화점 거리고 20분 정도만 더 걸으면 서호쪽으로 갈 수 있어요! 카운터도 매우 친절합니다. 야시장도 호텔 바로 뒷편에 위치해서 밤에 구경가기 좋아요. 다음에 항주를 간다면 또 이용할 용의가 있는 곳입니다.

酒店旺中帶靜，到各景點都十分方便。

酒店距地鐵龍翔橋站僅5分鐘步程，到最旺的西湖東亦只需10分鐘步程，到雷峰塔、淨慈禪寺、靈隱寺行便可到龍翔橋公交站上車。酒店雖舊式，但設施仍保持整潔、良好，員工有禮，房間不細小及清潔，沐浴水力足。另一方便處是酒店外有機場大巴車票售賣，上車點就在酒店大門外的公交站上車。

員工服務態度極佳，朋友內地电話咭未能啟動，不亂勞苦替他處理，花上45分鐘雖然未能啟動，也心存感激。之後協助往最近電話公司跟進。其他員工，包括餐廳，整房，行李寄存等，位位常帶笑容，向你問好及主動提出協助。往返機場巴士站，就在酒店門前，每程只人民㢢20元，45分鐘內抵達。鄰近西湖及飲食，購物區地鐵站，巴士站，出入非常便利。

호텔위치, 청결고, 서비스 만족 그러나 냉방시설 필수적으로 확인 권유함..

10월 2일에 1박으로 호텔에 투숙했습니다. 사실 청결도나 방의 위치, 서비스는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 방에서 서호 야경이 한눈에 들어왔고, 화장실이나 룸의 침구류 등은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 다만, 제가 사용한 방만 문제가 있었는지 모르겠지만 날이 매우 더웠으나 방에 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않아서 프론트에 말을했지만 선풍기만 추가적으로 주고 근본적인 문제를 해결해주지 않았습니다. 매우 덥고 힘든 하루였고, 조금 힘들었습니다. 혹시나 여름에 여행하신다면 룸에 들어가셔서 에어컨의 냉방기능이 정상적으로 작동하는지부터 꼭 확인하시길 바랍니다. 호텔위치는 매우매우 좋은 위치라서 추천은 드리고 싶습니다.

The staff were very helpful. I have ordered a couple of parcel prior to arriving and they have signed and kept until my arrival for me. Our room overlook west lake, which is perfect. Room is a tad small. Shower is the best I have had in China so far.

Prés du lac dans les vieux quartiers en rénovation. Personnel accueillants et souriants. Grande chambre, belle salle de bain. Attention aux horaires du buffet le soir, ferme assez tôt.

2度目の利用でしたが、立地がまず良いです。地下鉄からも西湖からも歩けます。朝食レストランも最上階で、見晴らしがよいです。

A good value for money hotel in Hangzhou

Front desk staff is friendly and check in is fast. Room is clean and bed is comfortable (though the pillow is a bit soft). However, the wifi connection is not good enough for viewing/receiving videos. Breakfast offers quite a good spread of Chinese and western food. The location is good, near shopping areas and there are a lot of eateries around on the street and in the shopping malls. It should be about 10+ mins' walk to west lake if not for the construction works currently under way. Probably will choose it again if we visit west lake again.

西湖近いよ

18階のアッパークラスの部屋でしたが湯船が有りませんでした。杭州はアウトサイドの観光ばっかりですし冬はちょっと辛いのではないでしょうか。あと朝ご飯の片付けが少し早い、15分くらい前に半分くらいのお皿は有りませんでした。
