"Pros: Auch wenn wir unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund eines Radunfalls leider absagen mussten, möchten wir umso mehr die außergewöhnliche Kulanz und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber hervorheben. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich, verständnisvoll und lösungsorientiert. Besonders großzügig finden wir, dass wir den bereits gezahlten Betrag für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt nutzen dürfen.
