The Space:
This private loft is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy, stylish, and effortless stay. With modern finishes, smart use of space, and light-filled interiors, the loft feels bright, calm, and inviting from the moment you walk in.

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire loft, including a well-appointed bedroom, clean and modern bathroom, and comfortable living area—plus a fully equipped kitchenette stocked for everyday convenience.
The loft is located above the detached garage, separate from the main house, with a private entry via the staircase. While the loft is situated on the same property, you can settle in knowing you’ll have your own space, independence, and privacy throughout your stay. There is a fire pit and grill located in the backyard but that is reserved for the main house.
As your hosts, we respect your privacy above all else—you will not be disturbed during your visit. Still, we’re only a message away should you need recommendations, assistance, or anything to make your stay extra comfortable.

Guest Access:
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a secure boarding pass through Enso. This form collects all pertinent and important details related to your stay and allows us to provide you with everything you need for a smooth check-in.
Once completed, you’ll receive all arrival instructions, including your unique access code, along with helpful stay details. This process helps ensure a seamless, safe, and well-organized experience for every guest.

As a guest in Bowen Waterfront Village, you’ll enjoy the very best of Lowcountry coastal living in a peaceful, amenity-rich setting. The community offers a neighborhood pool, deep-water access, scenic walking trails, and a nearby dock—perfect for relaxing days on the water or leisurely evening strolls.
Nature and convenience come together right outside your door. Enjoy wooded walking trails throughout the community, easy access to the waterfront, and Skipper Park located directly behind the home—ideal for families. Start your morning with coffee at Brew Café, enjoy a game of pickleball, cool off at Founders Pool, or take advantage of the lake access and community boat ramp. Boat slips may also be rented if needed, making it easy to explore the waterways.
Within minutes, you’ll find popular local favorites including Nigel’s Good Food, Famulari’s Pizzeria, and Lowe’s Foods in nearby Tanner Plantation.

To help maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This includes keeping noise to a minimum during these hours, both inside and outside the home.

The location truly can’t be beat. Just minutes from Downtown Charleston, Charleston International Airport, Joint Base Charleston, and the Naval Weapons Station, this home provides effortless access to everything you need while still feeling like a tranquil retreat away from the crowds. Downtown Charleston and local beaches are both approximately a 20-minute drive. You’re also close to I-526 and I-26 for easy commuting, Park Circle, and so much more.

For the safety and security of all guests and our property, we require that all guests provide a valid government-issued ID (passport) via Airbnb messaging after booking. The name on the ID must match the Airbnb reservation. Reservations will not be confirmed if the required ID cannot be provided.
Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays
For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.
