"The spa was warm and welcoming. There was three of us in our group. We are not new to Charleston and we have done that before this is our first experience at the hotel Bennett. Beautiful property welcoming at their valet and luggage were exceptional. We visited the spa and as it was wonderful, it wasn’t exceptional for the price. I have been to the Charleston place and have spoke about it for many many years. Decided to try something new and did not meet my expectations. Not that they did not care, but it was not 100% the quality that I have received at the Charleston place. That being said the hotel is beautiful concierge, the guest services exceptional, it was a spa that I found lacking. For all the experience gets an eight out of 10. The reason I read it this way it’s because at 1:30 in the morning. I imagine it was the wedding party or something along those lines, got sick outside of our room played loud music and was a little boisterous. But all in all we had a very good experience at the hotel Bennett."
