We don’t want you to get eaten alive by mosquitoes so we highly recommend you to always close the doors and make sure to bring bugs spray.
GECKOS/LIZARDS are also expected they like to eat the bugs and sometimes you might hear them at night. So if you're not ready to experience them, then this place is not for you.
HANA HIGHWAY
The hana highway is a very tricky road to drive, if you’re an inexperienced driver you might find it intimidating. Make sure you do more research about it before visiting Hana.
Always pull over to the locals, drive with caution and don’t over speed.

Hana Ranch Store & Hasegawa Store - they are a mile from our place, both store have plenty options of groceries and beverages.

We stayed here over night after doing the Road to Hana. Room had everything we needed and property was quiet to get a good night's rest!

Cozy, with ample room for two people, all updated and a welcoming, comfortable bed waiting for us after a day spent hiking the trails and driving the Road to Hana. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the lanai and watching the sunrise. Be sure to stay here if you relish peace and quiet!
This place was super cute. It was nice having no TV - my partner and I played games all night and it was convenient not having to drive back the same night. It was beautiful and the views from the window were gorgeous!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little studio. It was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights.
The rock shower was very impressive. We would stay here again as it was perfect for exploring Hana.
Was a nice space. In a a quiet area. Remember to download all the directions beforehand. Cell coverage is very spotty in the area. Google maps seems you to the wrong place
Beautiful, very clean property close to important sites
The unit was very clean with comfortable bed and clean linen. The hosts left some coffee cups and granola bars which were great way to start the day. They were very responsive and quick to address any concerns
We rented two of these units for an overnight stay Hana. So cute and comfortable, these units had everything we needed. The modern & well-appointed bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Amenities such as a Keurig with plenty of k-cups, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, plentiful towels and even plates/silverware were greatly appreciated. Check in was super easy and communication with the landlord excellent. Perfect for a quick overnight with friends. Highly recommend!
We really had to pay attention to the directions to find this place - it's tucked back in the trees. It was exactly as described and we only stayed one night. Got in late driving the road to Hana and left early. The host had a couple bottles of water for us and a few snack bars (nice touch). It does not have a/c so the windows were open all night, which we didn't mind but it rained and made for loud sleeping. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Thanks for hosting us!
Great location! Main entrance is hard to see off the road, a bigger sign would be helpful. We stayed two nights, alone the first night which was great, very secluded. Second night, another cottage, that shared our wall, was used and their was zero privacy! Could hear their conversation and every movement. All windows are always open due to no air conditioning and needing some air circulation. Was nice firing the night hours;however, pretty hot diring the day until after 8. Microwave, small fridge and a set of dishware is provided with instructions to clean all that you use, but no products to clean them with, not even paper towels. Overall, pleasant stay if it’s just you and not planning to use anything that requires clean up!
We didn't want to pressure ourselves to do the entire Road to Hana in one day so opted to stay a night in Hana. The drive into the property was a little rugged, but the house was easy to find. Reception was a bit spotty so we did have to circle a bit to confirm that this was the house. A small place with not too many options to recline except the bed. Spot was clean, the bathroom was nice. There was a refrigerator and microwave, which is more than our resort had. My only issue was it was quite hot even with the ceiling fan and there is no a/c so if you can't live without air conditioning, this might not be for you. Also you can hear the water running from the other tenants but that was generally fine. There's no TV (I didn't mind, but my husband was sad about it haha). Location was close to the food trucks, and we were able to grab early breakfast from the Hyatt resort in town. Would recommend!
Spent a night in Hana to avoid being rushed and having to drive the challenging road both ways in one day. Great place just off the main road but feels very secluded.
Staying here was a pleasure - from the ease of the check in process, to the cleanliness of the room, amenities and location, we're so glad we chose this home!
