However, it is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff that stood out for us - everyone seemed to go the extra mile to be helpful, considerate, welcoming, friendly and courteous. One of the best staffed hotels we've expereinced, and we travel a LOT!"

"Loved the amenities such as pool areas, spa, breaking buffet, nice staff. As others have noted, rooms could use a refresh. Carpet changed out to vinyl flooring, paint job on the walls would go a long way. Otherwise, loved having a balcony that overlooked the pools and the Mediterranean. We really enjoyed our staff. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all A++! "

"Room cool and clean. Lots of space. Friendly helpful staff from receptionist to the domestic staff. Breakfast was around the corner at 115. It was lovely lots of choice. The hotel is modern and lots of plug sockets available. "
