"The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The lobby and pool looked clean and nice, but unfortunately our room was pretty dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor when I walked, hairs in the shower and floors, no soap in the bathroom, shampoo was completely out, and when I undid the fold out couch there was a line of dirt and hair in the creases. We folded it back up and just all shared one bed. It also smelled like smoke, even the bed, although the room was nonsmoking. It appeared the room wasn’t cleaned at all. "

"when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the noise is so loud and high-pitched that you cannot use the light. You also cannot stay in the bathroom long enough to take a shower because of the insanely loud noise coming from the light. I have photos that I’m happy to post of baby cockroaches in the kitchen area of the room. And finally, the entire floor that I was on reeked of marijuana into my room. The noise went on until four in the morning with music and people in the hallways, laughing and carrying on. The front desk did not answer their phone one time nor respond to my message in regards to the room. I have asked for a refund and was hung up on. That hotel is not safe. I sent repeated messages. "

"I’ve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular team— pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure. Keeps me and my family coming back when visiting our daughter at CNU"
