Guests will have full access to the entire condo during their stay, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, private covered balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer.

You`ll also have access to the community`s waterfront amenities, including the dock, pier, and kayak rack, as well as one assigned parking space.

- This home is located in a quiet, gated residential community. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

- The condo is located on one level, making it easy to move throughout the home. Please note that there may be stairs required to access the building.

- The Smart TV is located in the living room only. Bedrooms do not include televisions.

- The community offers waterfront dock and pier access. While guests are welcome to enjoy these areas, please use caution around the water and supervise children at all times.

- One assigned parking space is included with your reservation. Please park only in the designated space and follow any community parking guidelines.

- The owner`s storage shed is not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay.

- Buckroe Beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sand, fishing pier, playground, and seasonal events without needing to drive.
Additional Stay Requirements & House Rules

- Minimum Stay Length: Reservations are available for stays of 30–60 days only.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 cleaning and remediation fee will be charged for violations.
- Parking: The property includes one designated parking space only. Guests are responsible for making alternate arrangements for any additional vehicles.
- No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted at the property. An unauthorized pet fee of $300 per pet will be charged for any violation.
