It was pretty quiet other than occasional traffic noise. It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Kitchen space is very small but cookware and dinnerware were in the room. The fridge is decent sized. We were able to cook a few meals in the room.

The room was very clean. The property was fantastic. It was too cold to use the pool but both the pool and pool area were amazing. Loved that we had two chairs on the deck outside of our room that faced the pool to sit and relax on. Staff was amazing especially the manager (forgot her name). The Surfhouse a very short walk to the ocean and everything!!! We will be staying again. Book it you will LOVE it!!!!

It was a great location near restaurants and Hampton Beach and very comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we would definitely visit again. The hinges on the bathroom door need some WD40 and the coffee and hot water for the tea in the Keurig tasted like chlorine. Small fixable things that did little to interfere with a great time!

Quaint shore hotel. Excellent staff. Very clean. Few amenities. Good location but very noisy. Hotel has a noise curfew but it doesn’t seem to be enforced at 1 in the morning after the the shows are finished. Extremely thin walls and you can hear everything. Otherwise, I would give it a 5.

This is a surprisingly good motel only a short walk from the Club Casino and steps from many bars and restaurants. The modern property is clearly the result of a recent, high-quality renovation. We chose a queen room at a special rate requiring off-site parking, but the walk was incredibly short and easy. While the room was small, it wasn’t terribly so, and it was spotless. It had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, and a small microwave. The bathroom was nice, the shower was hot, and everything worked perfectly. There is a cute cantina across the street offering budget cocktails and beer. The weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but it looked well-maintained. We live only ten miles away, but this was a well-worth-it splurge to get a room close to home after a show at the Club Casino. We’d absolutely stay at the Surf House again—it truly felt like we were on vacation.
