Modern, Spacious and Well-lit Home w/ access to the extended living area, home office, kitchen, dining area, guest bedroom and guest bathrooms. Our home features four-bedrooms and two and a half baths overall that are perfect for Film Productions of any size, Photoshoots, Music Videos, Content Creators, Influencers, Fitness Experts, Meetings, and Baby & Bridal Showers.

The light grey laminate wood flooring throughout our 2400 sq. ft. home + a captivating fireplace with a gas starter make it perfect for cozy shoots and holiday-inspired projects.

Our well-lit staircase has the right amount of light, class and romance for your maternity, bridal, and couple shoots.

Our open space is great for production teams and equipment when filming a bedroom scene.

You will also have access to 2 garages with remotes and outdoor, backyard space.

Downstairs feature 2 open spaces, a living area with a fireplace, kitchen, dining area, and half bath.

Upstairs includes 1 Guest Bedroom and a Full Guest Bathroom.

There’s plenty of space for a large production team yet cozy enough for smaller shoots.
