AVOID. No hot water & false advertising on pet fee
I chose this motel specifically over the other because it listed a $xx pet fee. I was in the middle of a pet route and had not showered in a week. Upon check-in, I was informed that the pet fee was almost three times that, and the desk person refused to honor what was listed online. It felt like false advertising. She took about four times longer checking me in than any check-in I have ever experienced because at first she forgot to add the tax to their inflated "actual" pet fee. I felt locked in to stay there because I needed to leave that room at 3am to continue my pet route and I was dead tired. All I wanted was 1. a reasonable pet fee, 2. a hot shower, and 3. a comfortable bed. This place failed me on all three counts. There was NO hot water in the shower at all, so all I could stand to do was rinse my feet. There were flyers on the doors about the boilers being worked on earlier that day. The bed gave me a backache. I was put in a room on the top floor with my dog (very inconvenient) very close to the interstate. It was one of the loudest motel stays I have ever experienced. The bait-and-switch on the pet fee was NOT COOL and that I paid $xxx.xx instead of $xx.xx and COULD NOT GET MY FIRST SHOWER IN A WEEK for my money paid is reprehensible. Also, yellow stained water came out of the bathroom sink. One of the only good points is that the room was clean. I would really like a refund.

Needs a touch of TLC
Overall, our stay was what we needed, a place to lay our heads at night after a long day. Our only issue was that it could have been cleaner. It was clean but it felt like it was spot cleaned and not totally cleaned after an extended stay. No breakfast but they did offer coffee and there are multiple places to get breakfast near by. Lots of parking and they do the lock in method where you can only get in the hotel itself with your key card.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and room clean with exception of the tub which had some fire ants in it that had to be washed down drain before being able to shower. Room was very nicely priced and other than if the ants are visible or not, would stay again.

My room had a strong chemical odor like a bug spray or some kind of disinfectant I don't know but it was overwhelming. And no matter how I aired the room out it would not go away. Also, I wish I did not have to bring down my towels in order to get them replaced.

Do NOT stay here!!! We arrived after a ten hour journey only to check in & find blood & food stains on the bedding in our room, stains all over the duvet, gum stuck to the wall, and a terrible smell on the entire level three floor. The front desk staff moved us to another room(don’t expect customer service, but they did handle it by changing our rooms). Room #2 the bedding was clean, but the room was infested with german cockroaches. I bet we killed 20 that night & many more the next morning. Every time we’d flip the light on at night to do something we’d see tons of them crawling around the floor in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, I found one crawling on my nightstand on my phone. So we checked out early because neither one of us could sleep knowing that we were likely going to be taking a German cockroach infestation back to our home via our belongings. The lady at the front desk had already snapped at my partner once that day for kindly asking if she would buzz him into the building because he didn’t have his key for the front door due to dragging all of our belongings it the car and having his hands full. I was upstairs still & he had all our booking information, so it didn’t seem shady. She was just rude. I was nervous to talk to her after this, but our room was disgusting so I asked to check out early. She only refunded me two of the three nights, despite all of the issues. I highly would NOT recommend anyone stay here.

It was the odor in the hotel it wasn’t fresh inside the hotel and room. The shower curtains had mildew at the bottom. The gold bedding had ragged balls on top. The furniture in lobby the legs were bent ready to break on someone. 8pm male worker has no smile button. But the two 530am female workers has a smile button.

It was awful. The man at the front desk was rude. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel and our room smelled so bad we asked to be moved to another room. The rooms were nasty. We won’t stay there again.

The guy at the front desk customer service is awful. He sent me to two rooms that wasn’t ready and gave me the excuse that housekeeping and front desk doesn’t correspond with each other. Also when finally getting a room the room had animal air on one of the bed. Roaches crawling around the room. Than you have to bag up your own towels and take them to the front desk to get more. Housekeeping doesn’t pick up trash in the hallway . That’s my first and last stay at the property. I met an awesome front dest associate name Marie that made sure the rest of my stay was good.
