Find a Great Motel Hamilton

"Three-night stay: Dirty dishes piled up on the floors in the hallways (after 10:30pm); the halls and stairwells reeked of pot (supposedly a non smoking hotel) in the evenings; there weren't enough plates or silverware for the buffet breakfast so food had to be put on napkins; the pool/hot tub aren't open until 4pm on weekdays; we were told the wrong time for breakfast (I specifically asked when checking in); the soda from the dispenser was flat."

"NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by the credit card company. A real pain, since we’ve had to fill out all kinds of paperwork. We called them about this and the hotel said they would take care of it. WE ARE STILL WAITING. The employees are just going through the motions here. They don’t care. It’s blatantly obvious. Save your money and go to a Motel 6. At least there you’ll get what you pay for. "

"Desayuno delicioso. Habitación limpia y cómoda. No hay microhondas en la habitación. El personal es muy amable y atento. Buena ubicación. El inodoro es muy bajito para personas que padecemos de la espalda. Las camas son muy confortables. No tienen canales en español en el TV. Un hotel limpio, bonito y con un personal muy agradable. Lo único que no nos gustó es que se escuchan los pasos de las personas que están en el piso de arriba; lo cual impide que puedas descansar. Eran demasiado fuertes los pasos. A las 11:30pm todavia se escuchaban fuertemente caminando para ya al otro día temprano en la mañana volver a escuchar. No muy placentero el hecho de que te despierten los pasos fuertes de personas y no una alarma."
