Everything we needed was there ! Roomy home . Host answered me immediately when I had a question. Lovely vacation property and views , beach were amazing. Would book again in future. We were all quite happy with this vacation home.

PLEASE READ ‼️Don’t waste your money ❌
From before arriving at the stay the owner was very rude. Even so, we decided to go so as not to lose the money since we had no option to cancel. When we got to the house, the first thing we saw was that it was very neglected and dirty. It looked abandoned, starting with the graffiti on the entrance wall. I reported to Mr. John the conditions of the house and sent him photos of the bathroom with dirty water accumulated in the toylet and sink, the spider web, dust and accumulated dirt in addition to the unpleasant smell, since they charge a lot of money for a cleaning fee and His response was that "ENJOY YOUR VACATIONS OR GO HOME, YOU CAN LEAVE ME A BAD REVIEW IF YOU WANT, ALSO HE SAID” you are trying to get your money back and that is not going to happen” He dared to tell me that the dirt is from Mother Nature and that what I told him was offensive to him. I could NOT believe it... we traveled 8 hours to have a good family time and we find that. Something that he does not specify is that they must take the garbage, otherwise you have to pay him more to take out your garbage. not to mention the house rules are a joke: "no taking long showers, no flush pee etc. was ridiculous. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS before booking, I didn't and it was a horrible experience. I definitely do not recommend it at all and we will never go back to that place.

A good stay!
Had a good time at this beautiful location with the private beach! This house is very spacious and had a place for everyone in our group of 14. The only thing i recommend to the host that he need to get some good bedding for the guest. The sleep was not comfortable on the bouncing mattresses.

Disgusting
Would advise seeing the property in person prior to sending any money. This has been the worst travel experience I've had. The location was beautiful, but the house smelled like urine, there were very moldy towels left in the washing machine, mold by a leaky hose under the sink, and around ventilation. There were mouse droppings in the house and in the utensil drawer. There was gum on the bedside lamp and stains on carpets, beds and couches throughout. In such a disgusting state we could not stay. We attempted to contact the owner but he did not respond for an entire week and would not reimburse any funds. In my interactions with him he has made multiple claims contrary to reality. To say the experience with this owner and with VRBO has been disappointment is a massive understatement. We had booked this place to stay with our kids, my brother's family and my mum for her 70th birthday present. We had not received any instructions for access by the day before our stay and when I contacted the owner, he informed us we would have to bring our own linens. When questioned about this, he claimed that it was as described on his site (it was not) but we would be able to find extra linens in one of the closets. We flew in to Toronto and drove down to get set up before the rest of the family would join us. The setting is amazing, beautiful beachfront and a lot of potential on the multiple patios at different levels along the stairs down to the beach. Did not see the trampoline that was advertised on the listing. Entering the house we were met with the smell of urine. We looked around to find where the linens were to see what we would need to supply and a strong smell of mouse from the closet with the sheets. Looked for towels and found a load of towels in the washing machine that were coated in mold. Mouse droppings in a few places but most concerning in the utensil drawer. A hose under the sink was leaking and mold was growing on the shelves. The main level bathroom stunk of urine. Carpets, bedding and couches had stains. Tiles and cabinets were falling apart in the bathrooms. Burn marks on bedside stand and gum left on the bedside lamp and garbage left behind the bed. We could not stay at this place in the condition it was in. We attempted to contact the owner by phone, text and by VRBO message but there was no response. It was only after a week that he contacted me through VRBO and told me he accepted no responsibility. Disgusting.

We had the b e s t time here!!
It was a great pleasure to stay at this property. The home was very spacious and comfortable and had very nice decorative touches. The cook in our group enjoyed the large, well equipped kitchen. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun. We would definitely rent again. (Note -there is now a hammock instead of a trampoline and there are 4 flights of stairs from beach to home.)

We had a wonderful experience. The Magnificent Beach House was everything advertised. It was beautiful, room for everyone and beach was the nicest we’ve experienced in the area, shallow and sandy. Twice messaged owner with a question and he promptly replied. Very happy we chose this vacation rental.

Nice family cottage
Our host, Dr. John was very nice, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The beach was beautiful and the water was warm. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The house is spacious and all 14 of us had an amazing time together. The kids can't wait to go back next year.
