"I saw some of the other reviews and cannot agree. I stayed for one night because my event was one day but the my room was clean, my air conditioner worked extremely well (I hate to be in a hot room), the breakfast was good to go and the staff was very friendly and accommodating especially since I had to be a late check in."

"The roo. Got extremely warm every night from around 4 am on. The pool was chilly and their was no microwave. The breakfast was excellent it was very secure having to use the key card to start the elevator"

"We just love this hotel, and not just for the historic beauty and grandeur. The staff is fantastic. We’ve been here before and will be here again. The only downside was that several elevators were down, making a long trip to the 27th floor."

"The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was really good as well. The pool was really nice. You can see the Kings Island fireworks from the hotel. Overall, a nice stay."

"What I liked: clean room, the atmosphere, food especially the breakfast buffet, and the staff was very nice! What i didn't like as much: lack of communication about the free breakfast/need for vouchers and how to check out. We also problems with the room phone."

"Not a fan of the check-in process and the tiny amount of room available to park while you go in the building. The parking garage itself was okay. Room had a big stain on the carpet near the window and a tear in the fabric of the sofa but was otherwise fine. Restaurant barely qualifies as such as the menu is pretty limited and I don’t recall any gluten free alternatives offered."
