Come and stay at our beautiful and fully remodeled home in Hamilton. It`s just up the hill from Spooky Nook and from the Main Street entertainment district and next to the hospital. It is fully equipped with just about anything you need during your stay including an outdoor dining area with a bbq grill and a private backyard patio. With 2.5 bathrooms available and 3 different tv`s, there will be very little waiting for anything. Includes a Queen size, full size, two twins (bunks) and a sofa bed.

Owner`s suite has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an adjacent full bathroom with laundry. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, twin bunk beds (2 beds), and the family room as a sofa bed for two.

You will have access to the entire home except the owner`s closet in the secondary bedroom all to yourself.

We will stay out of your way but do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any issues or concerns.

The driveway has room for 3 cars and you can also park on the street. You will not have access to the detached garage.
House Rules:
1. If you open it, close it.
2. If you turn it on, turn it off.
3. If you unlock it, lock it.
4. If you break it, notify us.
5. If you borrow it, return it.
6. If you use it, take care of it.
7. if you make a mess, clean it up.
8. If it belongs to someone else and you want to use it, get permission.
9. If you don`t know how to operate it, ask us or don`t use it.
10. NO SMOKING. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house.
11. LIMIT NOISE: Please keep the noise to a minimum and be considerate of your neighbors.
12. AVOID DAMAGE: Please treat our belongings appropriately, we will charge your for damage.
13. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Absolutely no illegal activity in any way will be tolerated.
14. No parties.
