The view of the lake from our room was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was upgraded so was fantastic.

Nice quiet area, easy to access. Great communication. Shower curtain not long enough - water flooded bathroom floor every time shower was used. Great that the room was serviced while we were there but bathroom and shower floor were both slippery after cleaning - not great for someone who is recovering from an ACL injury

This was the most confusing place to turn up to as there really isn’t a reception and staff gave me a phone to speak to an english speaking person. From the look outside i was glad i booked the deluxe spa suite. Renovated bathroom not quite done right but served its purpose. Takes about 10 minutes to open the front door as someone hasn’t put the door in correctly. Bonus’s were comfy bed, usb ports near bed and smart TV. We liked our stay but very unusual things about the whole place.

Wasn't too bad for the money. Basic. Relatively clean, besides the dishes which were definitely dirty. Heater took forever to warm up. Bathroom was freezing cold, with breeze coming through the window. Sink was too small to fit the kettle under. Rotten bits of window sill. Fridge wasn't on when we got there and smelt (distinct lack of power points as you could only plug in microwave OR kettle, not both). One globe missing from an over bed light. Still, you don't expect much for such a low price. Customer service was friendly on arrival.

Was pleasantly surprise how clean and fresh the rooms look. There was ample size in my room to move around and be comfortable and the bathroom was quite large. We had a trailer with us so it was nice we could park out on the road but park in a spot that I could see it from our room.

Great service and customer oriented care. Needed early check in granted. Needed late check out granted. Looked old but facility was almost perfect.. Minor issue need sound proofing..next door neighbours ordered late pizza and we're very busy till early hours and I was a light sleeper.

We are impressed with the freshness and apparent upgrade of the unit. It is obvious the managers took pride in the presentation of their rooms and they were very friendly and obliging with their service. Improvement can be made by upgrading the sliding door that was hard to open and to fasten the loose toilet seat.

Beware of first impressions.

The room was clean and comfortable. On a very hot day the air conditioner was more than up to the job. First impressions, I wondered what I was going to experience. Old car wreck in parking space on jack. Gardens were in need of loving care. But.. on entering the room we were impressed. So loved having the block out blind on such a hot day/night. Overall a wonderful but short stay.
