> Published rates are for first 6 guests. Additional guest is $60/pp/night.
> The Town strictly enforces noise and other by-laws past 10 PM.
>No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host.
> Vehicles- 4-6 max.
> Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose.
> Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy.
> Guests sign rental agreement with house rules, hot tub and watercraft use prior to check in.
>Lake access and kayaks available from May-Sep (weather permitting). If lake condition deemed unsafe, host may decline use of kayaks. Kindly contact host.

> $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.

Relaxing Lake House with Amazing Views

Excellent property all around. Very clean. Very comfortable. Amazing views of Lake Ontario. Excellent communication from our host, Nayem. We were in town for rowing in St. Catharines and this was the perfect location to stay at.

Moms Getaway

We were a group of 10 Moms looking to get away for a weekend, and this was the perfect spot! The home was not only conveniently located, but very clean and spacious. The hot tub overlooking Lake Ontario was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Great house

Booked a vacation with four adults and six children and had a great time. Didn't stay at the house too much, but we did use the hot tub, swam in the lake, made our way to the beach/park just down the road and loved hanging out in the open space of the kitchen/dining room/living room. Kids absolutely loved the house as well. Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves vacationing in this area again.

Huge property

What a great place to stay with a large family. Tons of space in every part of the house. The owner was really nice and very available. The view of lake Ontario and Toronto is great! Very close to the falls, the boarder and to shopping!

The property is grand with lake views to die for. Everything is provided to make a stay as comfortable and exciting as possible. The owner, Nayem, is very available and most personable. We enjoyed each day in the area over our week's stay. Would we return, absolutely!

Niagara Falls Get Away

We came to Canada to visit Niagara Falls but wanted to stay outside the city. This was a great quiet get away located on Lake Ontario. My teens enjoyed the hot tub at night and we all enjoyed the open, spacious house. Nayem was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend!

Beautiful View

This house was great, had plenty of room for our 5 adults and two children. The rec room is a nice touch , and the kitchen was plenty big enough for all us to prep food together. About 20 minutes to Niagara Falls and shopping areas. Plenty of parking for are two cars and more. Highly recommend for a place to relax and enjoy the view of Lake Ontario. Owner was super nice and kept in contact with us to make sure everything was good.

Work Conference Getaway

Myself and three coworkers stayed to attend a work conference in St. Catherines. It was the perfect location!! We were 20 minutes to the Falls and 20 minutes to Niagara on the Lake and only 13 minutes to our conference venue! Check in was seamless, the location was spotless and had everything we needed and then some! It was peaceful and serene and had more space that we needed. We made great use of the hot tub every night with beautiful views of Lake Ontario. One night we were lucky enough to watch the thunderstorms across the lake, stunning views, morning and night!!!! We will be back!!!!

Girls trip to Niagara

6 of us went to the Niagara area for a winter girls’ trip. Check in was fine and Nayem was very lovely and communicative. She helped us log in to watch our football game and we appreciated that! The house is large but honesty a bit strange and not entirely what we expected. There were so many positive reviews we had high expectations. The good: the master suite is remodeled and very nice. The view is great. On the other hand: The downstairs had several locked rooms and seemed as if larger bedrooms were walled off. The lower bath needs to be remodeled but it’s not awful. Throughout the house the walls were in rough shape with lots of patches. Maybe they are painting? The kitchen is adequate but the fridge was missing a drawer and had a broken ice machine. The stove was missing a dial. Tv remotes were missing or didn’t have batteries.

5 Stars at Day and would say 4 stars at night

First, The house is beautiful inside and out, view is great and the house is clean. The Owner Nayem is the best property owner I have dealt with, I appreciate the suggestions and the few accommodations that he made for us. If you are a day person this property is great from all aspects it being close to Niagara falls and to Toronto ( 25 minutes to Niagara falls and an hour or so to Toronto) and to the cherry orchards, and other activities. However, if you are a day and night person, there is not much to do outside at night. There is no fire pit to make a bonfire, There is no outside lights, so basically you can't sit outside at night. If there is a fire pit even a portable one, or light outside to hang out at night it would have been great.

We enjoyed our wonderful stay at the Lakehouse so much we are thinking of returning next year. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a great experience. The hot tub was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it. There was so much to do in the area that we were never bored. Lots of great wine, cheeses and plenty of trails to walk. We enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse. It was a clean and comfortable and the hosts were helpful when we texted our questions. We also loved the young groundhog who seemed to think he’d rented the place. It is a steep walk down to the water but worth it to be re-energized by the sound of the waves hitting the rocky shoreline.

Family Get-a-way

We enjoyed our time with family at the lakehouse. It was clean and well furnished. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and sitting by the lake.
